Hello, friends, and greetings to the community! Today, I would like to share some photos of the huge cacti I saw in Alicante, Spain. While looking through my archive, I discovered these pictures.
I have never seen cacti this large in my life!
I just read about the golden barrel cactus, scientifically known as Echinocactus grusonii. These cacti typically range from 40 to 80 centimeters in diameter and can have a long lifespan. The larger specimens I saw measured between 60 and 70 centimeters, while the other two were slightly smaller.
Posting first time here, confused asking to admin @nikv, this is a succulent growers community, is it ok to post cactus? because I found many photos of cacti.
Thank you :)
