Well, I tended to shoot a lot of photos with my 100 mm macro lens. It was my second lens to own and 2.8 aperture was giving a nice playground for portrait photography too.
Now I’m sharing grasshopper portraits with you. Now, with a baby and a 2 year-old son, I don’t have much opportunity to walk in the nature freely and focus on the “tiny” things, like I used to before a couple of years. This feels so nostalgic now. But at the same time I’m happy to spend some time with my family and the newborn.
Macro photography opens a whole new world in front of your eyes and it was very exciting to seek and capture all the tiny creatures. You have to be really fast, because one moment they are in the frame and a second later, they are gone. Definitely a very tough subject in a manner.
Hope you’ll enjoy my daily picks.
See you soon!
