But the topic here is gameplay and, keeping the tradition, I bring you a great @splinterlands match where our character of the week made it happen and brought us a formidable victory over the opponent.
In a classic "duel of Life and Death," Thaddius Brood and his troupe crossed paths with Franz Ruffmane and a well-assembled squad. But the sinister forces were superior, especially with the application of Thaddius's abilities, check it out:
the match
Both came with our legendary trainers, but the opponent's level 3 Aves Sturgis 😱 has 3 magic damage! Thanks to Thaddius's ability, it will lose one magic damage point and train its team with just another 2 each. We avoided 3 magic damage points and subtracted 6 Health points from the opponent, since @gritata invested in filling the field with low-value units (only Aves Sturgis costs more than 3 mana in the opponent's team). On our side, "we played heavy" with Skok Duskblight training Will-o-Wisp and Riftwing, an 18 mana combo I'm a fan of. With the remaining mana from the 23 in the match, Halfling Refugee comes to the frontline, holding the attacks and trying to cause some damage.

Ambos viemos com nossos treinadores lendários, mas o Aves Sturgis nivel 3 😱 adversário tem 3 de dano mágico! Graças a habilidade de Thaddius, ele vai perder um ponto de dano mágico e treinar seu time com apenas outros 2 cada. Evitamos 3 pontos de dano mágico, e subtraímos 6 pontos de Saúde do adversário, uma vez que @gritata investiu em encher o campo com unidades de baixo valor (apenas Aves Sturgis custa mais que 3 mana no time adversário).
Do nosso lado, "jogamos pesado" com Skok Duskblight treinando Will-o-Wisp e Riftwing, um combo de 18 mana do qual sou fã. Com a mana que resta das 23 da partida, Halfling Refugee vem na frontline, segurando os ataques e tentando causar algum dano.

Pelacor ainda tem velocidade para desferir seu ataque, mas Riftwing está intacto e parrudo com todos os abates do jogo, desferindo o golpe fatal que encerrará a partida e destinará Vida à morte (ou morte à Vida?🤔) . R.I.P ...
