Good day hive friends, I was introduced to Hive way back August 2021 thru Splinterlands, for a year I never knew about the blogging side of Hive until July 2022 when I posted my first blog.

Knowing this I consider myself a newbie to this ecosystem that I wish I have known from the beginning. It's fun posting anything that interest you and its more uplifting if somebody notices it , and interacting with your post.

Gaining a reputation in this platform takes a lot of time but is very rewarding. Rewarding in a way that you gain monetary value from the upvotes of those who appreciates your posts. And one of the things that I saw which allows to reward those quality contents aside from upvotes is thru tipping. There are many tokens that have a utility of being a tip, each is special in their own way. And one of them caught my attention , the PGM token. Aside from their token used as a tipping token, they have also put up a curation account @pgm-curator to give upvotes to quality content, they also allowed their stake holders to boosts posts of other people. For a newbie like me and others that are just starting to in the ecosystem this is a good initiative that boosts our confidence to make more original contents. Getting an upvote and tips is very uplifting, even for me personally it excites me when a notification appear that a tip and an upvote was given to me as an appreciation for my content.

So to support this initiative, and continue helping those who have less exposure than others. I decided to acquire PGM tokens and staked them to activate the tipping command.

Staking gives you the ability to tip the PGM token the the authors , but also in return you also get various tokens as a gift(see photos below for rewards). So you will be rewarding for rewarding others. Everybody Happy right?!
