The Waterfront in Vancouver, Washington, was another superb stop on our recent trip to the Pacific Northwest.
The waterfront is a beautiful location, about a 15-minute drive from the home we stayed in. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice in one weekend.

The official website has several fantastic photos and a master plan of the area that I recommend checking out. Here is a screenshot of the master plan.

Pizza for Lunch
The first time we visited the waterfront, we walked along the river and it was beautiful and sunny. We had pizza for lunch at Ruse Crust Collective. They serve mostly Detroit-style pizza and it was delicious.

We sat outside together and enjoyed the sunshine and views. We ordered the Muscle Beach pizza and added ricotta cheese on top. This was the favorite of everyone.

For our second pizza we ordered the Cutlass Supreme which was also tasty.
Wine Tasting
After pizza, we walked next door to Evoke Winery. We were seated in the cozy loft upstairs while our group did a wine tasting.

It's hard to tell from this photo, but you can see the river while seated in the loft. It looks better in-person and I wasn't able to capture a good picture of that does the view justice.
Day Two

We went back the next day and it was cooler and overcast. Walking around the area is relaxing and peaceful.

There were children, and adults, playing in the water feature along the river. That is the Oregon-Washington bridge in the background.

This is the structure holding up the Grant Street Pier that stretches out over the water. You can see the side profile in a previous photo.

We ate dinner at the Waterfront Taphouse. We were seated outside on the patio and had a nice view of the river, the bridge, and the Grant Street Pier.

I ordered the macaroni and cheese with cajun shrimp, not bad at all.
Official Waterfront Video
It's hard to capture just how nice this area is from only the street level. Here is a video tour of the area that showcases the Waterfront nicely.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping at the Waterfront. There are many restaurants, water features, ice cream, and several places for wine tasting. They have something for people of all ages. Even if you don't want to spend money, you can enjoy walking around.
