Dawnshire Space Station City has a hub and spokes.
There are two continuous passageways extending from the center hub directly to the outer rings.
Each spoke is made up of two rows of ships side by side, offset by one to give a nine ships hub. This places one ship in the true center to allow for docking of visiting ships.
