One of the foods that provide the most and best nutrients is seafood, like fish. A very important one that is frowned upon and sometimes thought to be a good thing to completely restrict is fat. Although it's believed to contribute to weight gain and blood clots, the problem isn't the fat itself, but the type of fat itself.

La alimentación es fundamental para poder triunfar ya que esta te permitirá estar mas activos y tener mas inventiva para así poder rendir y poder pensar nuevas formas de ganar dinero o de prestar mas y mejores servicios o hacer u ofrecer nuevos productos.

Uno de los alimentos que proporcionan mas y mejores nutrientes son los productos del mar como el pescado y uno muy importante que es mal visto y a veces se cree que es bueno restringirlo completamente, son las grasas, ya que aun cuando se cree su papel en el aumento de peso y en producir la obstrucción de las venas, el problema no es la grasa si no el tipo de grasa.

Así en este mural que esta cerca de una venta de carne por la candelaria y donde vende pescado, se ve este pez alegre que atrae la atención y así se estimula mas la compra de este alimento, natural e importante.
