It's not always easy to find a theme to present stickers. But as I forget to write posts about it since the StickerArt community disappeared, my stock of photos is larger. It's getting easier to group them. Today, tattoo parlors will be in the spotlight. Often tattoo artists are also muralists, only the medium changes 😀. And to ensure their publicity, they put their artistic talent on stickers like OwenBatchelor with this superb panther.

Ce n'est pas toujours évident de trouver un thème pour présenter des autocollants. Mais comme j'oublie d'écrire des posts à ce sujet depuis la disparation de la communauté StickerArt, mon stock de photos est plus important. Il devient plus facile de faire des regroupements. Aujourd'hui, cela va être les salons de tatouage qui vont être à l'honneur. Souvent les tatoueurs sont aussi muralistes, seul le support change 😀. Et pour assurer leur publicité, ils mettent leur talent artistique sur des autocollants comme OwenBatchelor avec cette superbe panthère.

We start this series with OwenBatchelor who works in the piercing and tattoo salon Tattoo Lounge in Montreal. It's cool to see different designs from this artist because usually we only get one work.

Nous commençons cette série avec OwenBatchelor qui travaille dans le salon de piercing et tatouage Tattoo Lounge à Montréal. C'est cool de voir différents dessins de cet artiste car généralement on a le droit seulement à un seul.

We continue with PinPin, also a Montreal-based artist and tattooer with her surrealist universe. She works in the salon Meme Pas Mal (Doesn't even hurt). I like the name. I've never had a tattoo, but I'm sure you have to suffer to have a drawing engraved on your skin. And suffering isn't for me 😀.

Nous continuons avec PinPin, artiste et tatoueuse aussi à Montréal avec un univers surréaliste. Elle travaille dans le salon Meme Pas Mal. J'aime bien le nom du salon. Je n'ai jamais eu de tatouages mais je suis sûr qu'il faut savoir souffrir pour avoir un dessin gravé sur la peau. Et la souffrance n'est pas faite pour moi 😀.

Pogona Morgane

Then we have Pogona Morgane, tattoo artist since 2017 at La Planque on Mont-Royal Avenue. I like her style with these cartoon-like characters. / FR : Puis nous avons Pogona Morgane, artiste tatoueuse depuis 2017 à La Planque sur l'avenue Mont-Royal. J'aime bien son style avec ces personnages un peu style dessin-animé.

Justine

This frog was designed by Justine, a tattoo artist also based in Montreal, very natural with animals and flowers. / FR : Cette grenouille a été réalisée par Justine, tatoueuse aussi installée à Montréal, très nature avec des animaux et des fleurs.

Total Relaxation Tattoo

I couldn't find anything for this green sticker despite the name Total Relaxation Tattoo and the village North Bend in British Columbia, not far north of Vancouver. If you look at the town with Google Maps, you can see a huge train parked there.

Je n'ai rien trouvé pour cet autocollant vert malgré le nom Total Relaxation Tattoo et le village North Bend en Colombie Britannique, pas très loin au nord de Vancouver. En regardant la ville avec Google Maps, on peut voir un énorme train qui est stationné là.

La Chapelle

And we end with this rocking pig, which doesn't represent a tattoo parlour, but the barbershop La Chapelle set up at two Montreal locations in Hochelaga and the Plateau. Quite a stylish pig.

Et nous terminons avec ce cochon rockeur qui ne représente pas un salon de tatouage mais le barbershop La Chapelle installé à deux endroits à Montréal dans Hochelaga et au Plateau. Plutôt stylé ce cochon.
