I've almost finished presenting the works made during the Mural Festival, I've still got 2 left but I've got to go and take some photos, and the other, it's impossible because from the street it's difficult to have a good view on it as it's on the rooftops. So while we wait for photos of the Dalkhafine mural , let's take a look at one of my favorite alleyways in Montreal, which is constantly evolving thanks to the LTG and TRU crews. And don't forget the contest, it's in the part about Rizek lettering.
J'ai presque fini de vous présenter les œuvres faites pendant le Mural Festival, il m'en reste 2 mais il faut que j'aille prendre quelques photos et pour l'autre impossible de la rue cela ne donne rien vu qu'elle est sur les toits. Alors en attendant les photos de la murale Dalkhafine, nous allons voir un de mes coins de ruelles préférés à Montréal en perpétuel évolution souvent grâce aux collectifs LTG et TRU. Et n'oubliez pas le concours, il se trouve au niveau du lettrage de Rizek.

Le Polographe
We begin our visit with Paul Gautier aka Le Polographe, artist and art director in the video game industry. You can clearly see the design used in games in this awkward grandfatherly face.
On commence la visite par Paul Gautier aka Le Polographe, artiste et aussi directeur artistique dans l'industrie du jeux-vidéo. On voit bien dans cette tête de grand-père pas commode le design utilisé dans les jeux.
EkSept
All the time, EkSept, a Montreal-based artist does at least one lettering in these two alleys. And once again, he's done some letters mixed with some kind of architectural plan and trees, really cool result.
Tout le temps, EkSept, artiste basé à Montréal réalise au moins un lettrage dans ces deux ruelles. Et encore une fois, il a fait quelques lettres mélangées avec un sorte de plan d'architecture et des arbres, vraiment cool.
Rizek (CONTEST 🎁)
Rizek, writer from Montreal, has outdone himself with this lettering, especially with this circle. like an eye. in the middle of the lettering. Stunning... CONTEST 🎁 : To win 1 HBD, the first person who in comment section, indicates with a photo that has disappeared from the TRU & LTG wall. This was present for a few months before disappearing under the black paint of Rizek. Good luck to all...
Rizek, writer de Montréal, s'est surpassé avec ce lettrage, surtout grâce à ce cercle. comme un œil. au milieu du lettrage. Vraiment magnifique... CONTEST 🎁 : Pour gagner 1 HBD, la première personne qui en commentaire, indique avec une photo qui a disparu du mur TRU & LTG. Cela était présent depuis quelques mois avant de disparaitre sous la peinture noire de Rizek. Bonne chance à tous...
Hoar
This alley ends with this nice lettering by Hoar with letters different from his usual style, completed by this fun strawberry. Cool.
Cette ruelle se termine par ce lettrage bien sympathique de Hoar avec des lettres différentes de son style habituel complété par cette fraise. Cool.

Cam
I've finally found the name of the artist who makes these "mural calligraphies" (see the unknown artist in my post Street Art Contest #146, Wall TRU & LTG (April 2023)). He's Cam a Montreal artist and designer who studied graphic design at Humber College. And as you can see, he loves typography... Me too 😀.
J'ai enfin trouvé le nom de l'artiste qui réalise ces "calligraphies murales" (voir l'artiste inconnu dans mon post Street Art Contest #146, Wall TRU & LTG (April 2023)). Il s'agit de Cam artiste et designer de Montréal qui a fait ses études en Graphisme au Humber College. Et comme vous pouvez le constater il adore la typographie... Moi aussi 😀.
Serum
Right next to it is lettering by Serum, artist and member of POM. / FR : Juste à côté, on retrouve un lettrage de Serum, artiste membre de POM.
Hest
And last but not least, there's new lettering from Hest, as clean as ever. / FR : Et pour finir, on retrouve un nouveau lettrage d'Hest, toujours aussi propre.
Wuna
And when there's Hest, there's often right next to it Wuna, a French artist now based in Montreal, who always accompanies her lettering with fun characters. And so it is again, with this crocodile.
Et quand il y a Hest, il y a souvent juste à côté Wuna, artiste française maintenant basée à Montréal, qui accompagne ses lettrages toujours avec des personnages funs. Et c'est encore le cas, avec ce crocodile.
