Hello everyone.
This time I will tell you about my brief but important visit to the old GAIA PRIME facilities. In this place were supposed to be the main cores of the AI's that would make up the terraforming system known as Project Zero Dawn.

Getting there was not easy, as it was far away and in an area of the map that I had not explored. So, as there were no fast travel bonfires, I had to go the whole way on foot. As I was running most of the time, I took the opportunity to play a bit with the camera angles and take some pictures at different angles than usual.

Upon reaching the top, Aloy was shocked by what she saw. Perhaps a long time ago there were some scientific facilities here, but currently there was only a huge crater resulting from a huge explosion that almost obliterated the top of the mountain.

According to Sylens, there were still remnants of the laboratory deep in the mountain and as I approached I could see that this was true, as intact parts of the laboratories were visible.

Inside the remains of the laboratory I found several meeting rooms. In one of those rooms I found a hologram showing that, like the research team, I had had trouble locking down the facility, which put the entire project in jeopardy.

Another hologram showed how Dr. Sobeck had sacrificed her life by going out in a protective suit to seal the facility from the outside. Her entire team of friends and colleagues greatly mourned her loss, but at the same time rejoiced that the project could survive.

Further inside, in the ruins, I found the origin of the explosion that had destroyed everything. Remember that GAIA had exploded its core in order to eliminate the core of HADES, which had gotten out of control.

In the control room I found several corpses, all of whom had died in a sitting position. As I approached the control panel, a hologram was activated which revealed the cause of death of these people.

It turns out that the founder of the Zero Dawn project had decided that the new generation of humans that would repopulate the earth did not need the knowledge of the old civilization, so he eliminated the AIs in charge of storing and transmitting that knowledge. And if that wasn't enough, he suffocated Dr. Sobeck's entire team so that they could not replicate the eliminated AIs.

That scene seemed unreal, but at the same time it explained many things. There, in that same room, Aloy found the deactivation code he had been looking for, so he left that funereal place.

At the entrance to the ruins was Sylens and a makeshift workshop he had made. There he bid farewell to Aloy, for he had already obtained the answers he had sought. On the other hand, he gave her his spear, which she could link to the deactivation code and thus eliminate HADES.

And so this is the end of this adventure in which Aloy obtained a weapon that will allow him to face the evil AI called HADES.
