Greetings, dear brothers and sisters who love the wonderful world of video games. Welcome to my post.
Today, I found myself in a new area where I had already gone from fighting zombies to searching for a well-known merchant. Additionally, I also began exploring a new area in search of the strange discoveries of soldiers called Grey Wardens, ancient warriors experienced in combating the darkspawn, well known in other video games as orcs. I also spotted a dragon flying in this place. I haven't met it face to face yet, but I must complete all the quests found there.
Before heading to the new area in search of the Grey Wardens, my explorers had informed me of a very popular vendor in these kingdoms, so I headed there using the world map. When I arrived, I noticed many things this vendor was selling. The strange thing is that he's a man sitting on a throne, selling everything, and you need a lot of gold to buy the most powerful items like armor and weapons.
I left that place and headed to the part of Ferelden where it connects to the sea where Barrick comes from. But my first impression was seeing a dragon flying near where we were, plus a loud roar from the same creature. Something tells me we're about to face our first dragon.
The sound of the seas in the distance had caught my attention, so as I headed there, I found a group of bandits and an amazing landscape overlooking the ocean.
Continuing on my way, I found a perfect landscape of the great dwarven statue, signaling the great dwarven island. I wonder if I'll be able to venture into this place later, because I remember that in the first installments, this place was very fanciful, full of technology and dangers only found in abandoned dwarven mines. It's also where lyrium ore comes from, something with potent powers.
I also found a sunken Viking ship, although it's actually a dwarven ship, but it still looked great buried in the sand. But when I moved the game's camera angle, I noticed that in front of me was an amazing landscape of trees and misty mountains.
Continuing my exploration, adjusting the angle in another direction, I saw a more detailed view of the large statue at the entrance to the dwarven island. As I continued along my path, a group of bandits began to attack me. I defeated them all without much difficulty. My level here is a bit high for these enemies, but they do give me a little more experience.
Later, I found another dwarven statue. It looked imposing. I was impressed to see such detail in a statue. Dwarves truly are master engineers and craftsmen.
While exploring some places, I had found a letter about a group of bandits who had been lodged in the middle of a forest. I was heading to the place and noticed a bandit camp, so I wasted no time capturing it. The stockades looked exciting, although honestly, the most amazing thing about this new area is the landscapes you can find.
I headed toward the gate to confront them, and just seeing the entrance, I imagined the number of enemies behind it, as they killed people and hung them on their large gate as a sign of danger. There was also a drawing of a mabari on the wall of the stockade. A mabari is a breed of war dog, very resistant and capable of great damage.
The battle was somewhat prolonged due to the number of enemies present. We entered the stockade and began to confront them, but at the same time, a group of dogs began to attack us, revealing the complexity of the battle. These dogs were very resilient, and their attacks posed a danger. However, we were able to defeat them thanks to Solas's force field magic.
At the end of the battle, I captured an astonishing landscape that revealed the beauty of nature with the terror of the humans the bandits killed and placed the grains as a flag.
