It was supposed to end with fire and loss, but Deacon made it through. After stopping Garret's twisted endgame and believing he lost Boozer for good, he walked out with Sarah, carrying grief and relief. But just when it felt like goodbye, Boozer showed up from the blast with a grin.
Turns out, brothers don't break that easy.
After taking care of Skizzo, I had to go to the Colonel's chamber and Deacon was still weak after getting injured from Skizzo's blast.
I could hear the colonel scolding his peoples from a far and he was saying they're safe in there.
As soon as I reached the chamber, a cinematic part started where Colonel Garret had Sarah hostage. Ignoring the fact that the colonel had a handgun, Deacon pointed his gun towards the colonel.
Garret didn't point his gun towards Deacon, he did it towards Sarah instead that made Deacon throw his gun. Then the colonel asked Deacon to sit with them.
When Deacon was saying everything is over, his Militia is done, Garret was offering Deacon a cup of tea.
Garret ordered Sarah to pour tea for Deacon having her on gunpoint and when she was doing it, Deacon looked at her eyes and she asked Deacon not to drink the tea through eye gesture.
They were having a conversation, where Garret was accusing Deacon of destroying everything they've built. But Deacon didn't agree, he said its Garret himself did it all, starting with the holy war.
Suddenly Garret tried to shoot Deacon. First Sarah stopped him and then Deacon did it when Garret's men were just watching.
When Garret was trying to shoot Deacon, his eyes became red as freaks and then he died on table in a moment after he tried the incident. And this flower fell from his tea cup which says, he was ready to suicide and tried Deacon to drink the tea to meet the same destination.
Deacon fell on the ground while stopping Garret so Sarah pulled him up after Garret was gone. Sarah was glad that Deacon came back for her and then they left the cave.
The whole place was on fire, peoples of Lost Lake were taking the leftover Militia soldiers as prisoners. After coming out of the s*hole, Sarah asked Deacon where Boozer was. Deacon felt sad saying his best friend was gone.
When Deacon was telling his peoples what to do around like taking supplies, etc, there came Rikki and Addy. Addy volunteered to help the injured as she's a doctor.
Rikki stayed back to ask where Boozer was. Deacon didn't say anything but Rikki understood by looking in his eyes. And then Rikki went to help Addy when Deacon was just remembering his best friend, his brother.
When Deacon was grieving for Boozer alone, the man came out of the blast and asked if he saved something for him, lol. So, Boozer was not dead, or he came back.
