Hola queridos amigos de #humanitas, el día de hoy nuevamente compartiré mis apreciaciones con ustedes desde un punto de reflexión, en este caso para participar en el Concurso sobre lo que diría nuestro Epitafio ¿Interesante, no?
Hablar de nuestra propia muerte a mí me parece un tema necesario que la gente esquiva. La vida es protocolar, el nacimiento amerita preparaciones de los padres, por lo que la muerte es igual y es necesario, de ser posible, dejar ese mensaje que queremos postergar sobre nuestra propia vida. Ahora bien:
EXPLICACIÓN:
Sé que no es fácil hablar de muerte para todo el mundo. He estado muy cerca de ella muchas veces. Y sin embargo algo que siempre llevo en mi corazón es el no arrepentirme de nada. Soy una composición de pasión en todas mis células. A veces "arrebatada". Yo amo mi vida, lo que he logrado, lo que he llegado a hacer y así quiero que me recuerden siempre, que Audi es feliz, que vive y respira aunque ya no esté.
Aunque soy super sensible y llorona a más no poder, recuerdo muy bien cuando falleció mi abuelita estando yo tan lejos, me acompañaron muchos amigos, el corazón se me destrozaba. Pero, caí en la reflexión. Y luego dije: ¡Espera! Tu demostraste todo lo que sentías a tu abuela, la amaste y la seguirás amando por siempre, disfrutaste tanto, pero tanto con ella que no debes sentirte mal porque ella no está muerta, en sentido metafórico. Soy de las que siempre aboga por la comunicación, aunque esquive las conversaciones incómodas porque como amo a muchas personas, no me gusta decirles cuando me lastiman y en muchas ocasiones ni lo hago.
No soy de perder amistades, me duele muchísimo cuando eso pasa porque siento que es peor que la muerte, significa que el amor se transformó, se diluyó una parte. Y para mí es importante que haya un puente en el amor, el feedback. Añadí esta breve explicación para que se entienda cómo funciona mi percepción de amor-muerte.
Lo cierto es que creo, que todos deberían irse de este plano sin arrepentimientos. ¿Cuán fue la última vez que dijiste: Te amo? ¿Puedes recordar la última vez que expresaste lo mucho que valoras a tus amigos, familiares, etc? ¡Nunca dejen de demostrarles amor a los que quieren! No sabemos qué puede suceder luego...
Así que sin más cháchara, espero que les haya parecido entretenido o interesante mi epitafio y su explicación. Además, podrían responderme: ¿Qué opinan de lo que dije? ¿Están de acuerdo o no?

Talking about our own death seems to me a necessary topic that people avoid. Life is protocol, birth requires preparations from the parents, so death is the same, and it is necessary, if possible, to be able to prepare for it.
Yes of course, but not in the traditional way as it has been used: in the tombstone over the grave, I don't like the idea of leaving my body buried, I don't like that method. Some will say that it is the eprocedure according to their religion, that it has been done that way for centuries and it is a way to unite us again with the earth. But, I prefer cremation so, if in any case, they can make an inscription on the jar as a remembrance or leave, I don't know, the phrase somewhere where there are many trees, I would love that. So there goes my epitaph:
EXPLANATION:
I am a die-hard romantic, LOVE keeps me alive and always will. So I would love to immortalize it. I madly love life, my friends, family, love itself. Those who leave always stay in our heart and it will always be beating as long as we remember them. I deeply believe that love is not destroyed, it transforms like energy. And that's why I chose it to represent it in my epitaph, in a raw form, also because I don't like the heart shape that has become popular 🤣 I'm very picky about certain things. Dust also has importance in my message because of its inexorable symbolism to our human history "from dust you come and to dust you shall return", and even if we are ashes we will continue to beat in the memory of others.Poetic, don't you think? I know that not everyone gonzan of love, and many live in loneliness, that saddens me a lot but another time we can talk about this.
I know it is not easy to talk about death for everyone. I have been very close to it many times. And yet something that I always carry in my heart is not to regret anything. I am a composition of passion in all my cells. Sometimes "snatched". I love my life, what I have achieved, what I have come to do and so I want to always be reminded, that Audi is happy, living and breathing even though I am no longer there.
Even though I am super sensitive and a big crier, I remember very well when my grandmother passed away while I was so far away, I was accompanied by many friends, my heart was breaking. But, I fell into reflection. And then I said: Wait! You showed everything you felt to your grandmother, you loved her and will continue to love her forever, you enjoyed so much, but so much with her that you should not feel bad because she is not dead, in a metaphorical sense. I am one of those who always advocates for communication, although I avoid uncomfortable conversations because as I love many people, I don't like to tell them when they hurt me and in many occasions I don't even do it.
I am not one to lose friendships, it hurts me a lot when that happens because I feel it is worse than death, it means that love has been transformed, a part of it has been diluted. And for me it is important that there is a bridge in love, the feedback. I added this brief explanation so that you can understand how my perception of love-death works.
The truth is, I think everyone should leave this plane with no regrets. When was the last time you said: I love you? Can you remember the last time you expressed how much you value your friends, family members, etc? Never stop showing love to the ones you love! We don't know what might happen next...
