Seriously, life is hard, and sometimes I even wonder if this was the life that was created for me and can my mind continue to endure these experiences around me it feels like I am from another world when I start to share my thoughts with my friends but here are some simple but not-so-simple hacks that make life easier; hopefully, it works for me, but sometimes, it can be difficult to comprehend.
I have always been someone who observes and gets emotional over every little thing around me; the smallest thing, which we might call stupid, can be our biggest form of experiment to solve a problem.
Personally, I am an overthinker, I think deeply about every little thing around me even though it might be the slightest observation at that moment, This is one of the reasons I prefer being alone but staying alone can't make me grow to be a better man I need to get to see the world and observe every great thing around it.

Below are some simple life hacks that work for me
When I am nervous or overthinking, I use my hand to tap my leg continuously, or I pedal my leg on the ground continuously to ease my mind and thoughts at that moment. This also helps me to gain confidence.
I have always heard this quote of waking up and arranging your bed first before anything, and trust me, that has to be the best simple hack ever because it works for me perfectly. It helps me gain strength to be able to do another task relentlessly. Each time I arrange my bed, I often find it easy to do other home chores, but when I don't do others seems really stressful.
Jogging and engaging in exercise helps to gain focus on life. There is one major thing I have noticed is that each time I jog, I get to reflect on the deeper thoughts in my mind and think of a solution to it; it might not necessarily be a problem but can be an observation of something because I get to think of opinion to solve an issue. Although engaging in this can be really difficult our body needs it. This has also helped me reduce depression as a man.
Create Fun around you in everything you do this will really help. One major thing that we must observe in life is that we must learn to enjoy what we do at that moment. If not, we will give up on it even though we don t want to. Creating fun in what you do really helps a lot. Creating fun can be through friends, videos, or jovial attitudes.
We should learn to make life easy around us so we can get to enjoy our life the way it is meant to be enjoyed even though everything seems so difficult. I was born and grew up in a subsidised home in a developing country, but that doesn't stop me from chasing dreams; I just have to learn these simple tricks that will make me enjoy everything around me and focus on life, and these simple life hacks here has really helped me gain focus in life.
