Besides that it was also time to touch topics on this account, however I also had technical problems such as the power outage at my house so these are things that last for hours at night and by the time it arrives I must be busy for tomorrow, and those days then I must focus on making patient reports or thesis, but well, nothing is permanent as they say and this is a momentary situation.

Now, the topic I bring you is because it is still February hahaha and because although collectively, we consider it as the month of love and friendship for some, it is the month where there is also usually a significant social change in most people regarding this topic, either colloquially speaking, we can see it in the networks in memes, videos or serious topics, regarding love.

Although we define that here we talk about love talking about the one we feel towards a partner or relationship, since love can be interpreted in many ways and forms, it does not necessarily have to be a hardship for that aspect of people's lives, but that is a point, which we can reflect on in another post.

Returning to what I was talking about, because not only for the month of February I would like to touch this topic, but also for the fact that it is one of the reasons for consultation that is often repeated, either because it is related to a person who does not return the same affection we had, or that I am not enough for the other, or that I no longer feel the same as I felt before, all in turn to a problem with a second person with whom I am linked romantically.

Well, to start with this, I want to start from the premise of the title, which I wrote down as soon as it came to my mind "You can not love you, if you do not know how to love others" is ironic, I know, because the common denominator is that we should know how to "love ourselves, to know how to love others", and it is something I have heard since I can remember and therefore everyone too, now I as a result of that saying I ask myself the following question: How can I give something I do not know how to do? Or being more specific, how can I love myself if I don't know how to do it?

Human beings understand in several ways the concept of loving or giving affection and appreciation, in a very selfish way, considering that what we learn by gratification of those who give us from a very young age, is the concept of appreciation, integration and importance, in a family group, that from there begins the concept of love for us.

But from that gratification and selfish situation with which we are born, the author Jacques Lacan said that we come with a lack, and that lack is precisely the one we live with and seek to carry or in conflict or replace in some way, as we get to know others.

"We are beings in lack" said Lacan, this means that we come with it, since each act, at the moment of birth, like weaning, when we lost that gratification, we lost a part of that enjoyment, when we advanced with another stage, and so on, the lack persisted and was superimposed by another situation never filled, and the same happens with our social relations.

In most of the conflicts, arises or is disconnected with our lack, usually because human beings by nature we are social beings and dependent, not independent, especially in feelings, then the inconsistency and insecurity that brings the constancy of a relationship in this case of a couple, the total subjectivity that exists in the love between each of the people, is that the lack is present when we start or we get into this way.

The detail of this questioning is in the actions and in the understanding that there are no absolutist formulas for the affection and love that we can feel and give to the other, but that according to what we lacked or problems, or situations that come to us, is what we are going to give whether it is convenient or not, to other people, and if it stays, fine, and if not, ps is in its freedom.

Now, Omar, how do you deal with the actions of those people who are harmful to others and do not see it? I come back and repeat, how little I must love myself not to realize that my actions only make me stay alone, hurt others and isolate me? The detail is that everything begins with others, moves in others and ends in others, nothing comes from ourselves nor depends only on us, so for me, that "we must love ourselves first, to know how to love others" does not convince me,

If you do not know how to love others, the less you will know what it is to love yourself, Lacan said "we give what we do not have" and what we do not have is the lack that moves us and leads us to get involved with each of those around us so far.

Espero estén muy bien, yo bien gracias a Dios, ocupado en aún en mis pasantías, pero tratando de sacar los espacios de tiempo que tengo para poder crear contenido y traerlos como es debido para acá, en calidad y por supuesto con mucho gusto.

Además que también ya era tiempo de tocar temas por esta cuenta, sin embargo en tenido problemas también técnicos como el corto de fluido eléctrico por mi casa entonces son cosas que duran horas en la noche y ya para cuando llega debo ocuparme para el día de mañana, y esos días después debo centrarme en hacer informes de pacientes o la tesis, pero bueno, nada es permanente como dicen y esto es una situación momentánea.

Ahora bien, el tema que les traigo es porque es febrero aún jajaja y porque aunque de manera colectiva, lo consideramos como el mes del amor y la amistad para algunos, es el mes donde también suele haber un cambio social significativo en la mayoría de las personas en cuanto este tema, ya sea coloquialmente hablando, lo podemos ver en las redes en memes, videos o en temas serios, con respecto al amor.

Aunque definamos que aquí hablamos al amor hablando del que sentimos hacia una pareja o relación, ya que el amor puede interpretarse de muchas formas y maneras, no necesariamente tiene que ser ajuro para ese aspecto de la vida de las personas, pero eso es un punto, que podemos reflexionar en otro post.

Volviendo a lo que estaba hablando, porque no solo por el mes de febrero me gustaría tocar este tema, sino también por el hecho de que es uno de los motivos de consulta que por frecuencia se repite, ya sea porque esté relacionado con una persona el cual no nos regresa el mismo afecto quedamos, o que no soy lo suficientemente para el otro, o que ya no siento lo mismo que sentía antes, todo en gira a una problemática con una segunda persona con quien me vincule de forma romántica.

Bueno, para empezar con esto, quiero partir de la premisa del título, que la anoté apenas me llegó a la mente “No te puedes amar a ti, si no sabes amar a los otros” es irónico, lo sé, porque el común denominador es que deberíamos saber “amarnos nosotros mismos, para saber amar a los demás”, y es algo que he escuchado yo desde que tengo memoria y por consiguiente todos también, ahora yo a raíz de esa dicho me hago la siguiente pregunta ¿Cómo voy dar algo que no se hacer? O siendo más específicos ¿Cómo me voy amar, si no sé hacerlo?

Los seres humanos, entendemos por varias maneras el concepto de amar o dar cariño y aprecio, de manera muy egoísta, considerando que lo que a nosotros aprendemos por gratificación de los que nos dan desde muy pequeño, es el concepto de aprecio, integración e importancia, en un grupo familiar, que desde allí comienza el concepto de amor para nosotros.

Pero de esa gratificación y situación egoísta que con cuál nacemos, el autor Jacques Lacan, decía, que venimos con una falta, y esa falta, es la que justamente es la que convivimos y buscamos cargar o en conflicto o reemplazar de alguna manera, a medida que vamos conociendo a los demás.

“Somos seres en falta” decía Lacan, esto quiero decir que venimos con ella, ya que cada acto, al momento de nacer, como el destete, al perder esa gratificación, perdíamos una parte de esa disfrute, al avanzar con otra etapa, y así sucesivamente la falta persistía y era sobrepuesto por otra situación más nunca llenada, y lo mismo pasa con nuestras relaciones sociales.

En la mayoría de los conflictos, surge o está desvinculación con nuestra falta, suele porque los seres humanos por naturaleza somos seres sociales y dependientes, no independientes, sobre todo en los sentimientos, entonces la inconsistencia y la inseguridad que trae la constancia de una relación en este caso de pareja, la total subjetividad que hay en el amor entre cada una de las personas, es que la falta se hace presente cuando iniciamos o nos metemos en este camino.

Vuelvo al punto del título, como me amo yo, si no se amar a los demás, y cómo amar a los demás sino puedo compaginar o no se hacerlo, el detalle de este cuestionamiento está en las acciones y en el entendimiento de que no hay fórmulas absolutistas para el cariño y el amor que podemos sentir y dar para el otro, sino que a medida de lo que nos hizo falta o problemas, o situaciones que vienen que nosotros, es lo que vamos a dar ya sea que convenga o no, para otras personas, y si se queda, bien, y sino, ps esta en su libertad.

Ahora, Omar ¿Cómo se hace con las acciones de aquellas personas que son perjudiciales para los demás y no lo ven? Vuelvo y repito, que tan poco me debo de querer para no darme cuenta de que mis acciones solo hacen que me quedé solo, lastime a los demás y me aisle ? El detalle es que todo comienza con los otros, se mueve en los otros y termina en los otros, nada viene en nosotros mismos ni depende sólo de nosotros, así que para mí, eso de que “hay que amarnos a nosotros mismo primeros, para saber amar a los demás” no me convence,

Si usted no sabe amar a los demás, menos va saber que es lo que amarse usted mismo, decía Lacan “damos lo que no tenemos” y eso que no tenemos es la falta que nos mueve y nos lleva a involucrarnos con cada uno de los que nos rodea hasta ahora.
