Hoy es un día especial pues el el #PowerUpDay y he querido comentar algo que me pasó en las entregas pasadas, que por ser nuevo pase mis "novatadas".
Antes de comenzar, hay que saber algo importante y es:

¿Qué es el Power Up Day?
Es un día (suele ser el primer día de cada mes) en donde toda la comunidad es incentivada a hacer en conjunto un cambio de sus Hives o HBD a volversos Hive Power el token que está vinculado directamente al poder de voto.
Claro está que el momento de que tú cómo creador no estás limitado y obligado a hacerlo sólo los primeros de cada mes, es tu cuenta, por lo tanto tu decisión. No es una obligación, todo es voluntario.
What is Power Up Day?It is a day (usually the first day of each month) where the whole community is encouraged to make a joint change from their Hives or HBD to volversos Hive Power the token that is directly linked to the voting power.

¿Para qué sirve hacer PowerUp?

Al valorar el contenido de otro creador no sólo lo estás recompensando a él sino que al mismo tiempo tu recibes beneficios pasivos gracias a esa acción. Por lo tanto, mientras más HP más influencia y oportunidades en la blockchain.

What is the purpose of doing PowerUp?Every time you receive thanks to your creations or change your rewards to Hive Power (HP) you are allowing yourself within the blockchain to increase the power of your account. Llevo aproximadamente 3 meses en Hive contando el mes que acaba de empezar. Entonces como he dicho, ya he estado (y no he estado) en dos oportunidades. Así que, comencemos:

Mi Power Up de Agosto
Este fue el primero, por lo tanto, el más confuso. Mi amigo @memes777 me había estado orientando días antes y dijo que usara mi presentación para la iniciativa del primero de mes.
Había redactado mi presentación la noche anterior, pero decidí publicar el día siguiente. Fui a dormir hasta esperar el día.
Ya siendo 01 de Agosto mi amigo @memes777 me vuelve a recordar el día del PowerUp. Preparé todo, ingresé a PeackD y luego le di a publicar mi presentación. Usé los Tags necesarios para el momento, pero al pasar el tiempo y ver mi perfil, me di cuenta que la configuración aún estaba 50% y 50%
Realmente eso me frustró pues como el internet estaba fallando un poco al hacer la configuración pensé que si se había hecho, todo lo contrario. Mi error fue no confirmar.
Ya con mi pequeño fallo no pude hacer más nada, sólo esperar al próximo Power Up Day.

That really frustrated me because as the internet was failing a bit when doing the configuration I thought that if it had been done, the opposite was true. My mistake was not to confirm.
With my little mistake I couldn't do anything else, just wait for the next Power Up Day.
Mi Power Up de Septiembre.
Ya llevaba un mes, en todo ese tiempo aprendí muchas cosas: como era la blockchain; de qué se trataban las actividades; cómo interactuar con otros creadores, y otras cosas más.
En el grupo de Telegram dijeron de costumbre que era 01 de Septiembre y por lo tanto realizar el Power Up.
Ya con un poco más de conocimiento,todo era más fluido para mí. Preparé mi post y lo publiqué. Al momento me di cuenta de que no había usados los Tags así que rápidamente escribí por el grupo si eso tenía solución. Afortunadamente, sólo con editar y anexar los Tags se solucionaba.
Luego me di cuenta que mi transacción no se había hecho. Le comenté a @memes777 y al él verificar me dijo que era obvio. No había cambiado los Hive a Hive Power.
Ave María Purísima. No se puede salir ileso en todo, ¿eh? Fue por mi descuido. Ni modo, pero como dicen por ahí: “de los errores se aprende”.

Ya verifique todo antes de publicar y todo estuvo bien. Aún no conozco lo suficiente, sigo en pañales. Sin embargo, cada día se aprende algo nuevo.
