¿Qué mejoras le harías a #HIVE?
Leyendo las publicaciones hechas sobre esta iniciativa me doy cuenta que una de las principales preocupaciones manifestadas tiene que ver con el aspecto educativo.
Una buena parte de las personas que ingresan a HIVE lo hacen sin mayores conocimientos, para ellos todo lo de aquí es novedoso, por lo tanto necesitan adiestrarse para salir airosos en las dificultades que representa este medio. Es verdad, que si se busca con atención es posible encontrar mucha información que faciliten las cosas, hay muchos tutoriales hechos desde los tiempos de la otra blockchain, pero están dispersos y encontrarlos puede ser tedioso
Una forma de ayudar a esos nuevos usuarios es a través de las diferentes comunidades, hay varias donde se realizan actividades educativas, @votovzla es una de ellas. Pero ese gran esfuerzo educativo también está disperso. Una forma de mejorar esa dispersión sería que todo el material educativo que se produjera, en iniciativas, publicaciones o tutoriales, se agrupara en torno a una etiqueta o tag común. Por ejemplo, ahorita existe #hivebasic, pudiera ser esa etiqueta u otra que decida la comunidad. La idea es que todo el material educativo que se produzca lleve esa etiqueta, de modo que toda persona que necesite información, al colocar ese tag encontraría el material necesario para aclarar sus dudas.
Otra forma de mejorar la formación de los hivers, es que las grandes cuentas apoyen a las comunidades que dediquen espacios concretos para la formación permanente de las personas del ecosistema.
Un asunto que también sale en las discusiones es la escasa interacción de la comunidad a través de los comentarios. Sobre este tema ya hay iniciativas como #posh que busca estimular los comentarios, pero se pudiera ir un poco más allá. Una forma de estimular la participación sería delegando HP únicamente para premiar aquellos comentarios valiosos dejados por los hivers, de ese modo pudieran enriquecerse notablemente las publicaciones y se fortalecerían las relaciones entre la comunidad.

Reading the publications made about this initiative I realize that one of the main concerns expressed has to do with the educational aspect.
A good number of people who enter HIVE do so without any knowledge, for them everything here is new, therefore they need to be trained to succeed in the difficulties that this medium represents. It is true that if you look carefully you can find a lot of information that will make things easier, there are many tutorials made since the times of the other blockchain, but they are scattered and finding them can be tedious.
One way to help these new users is through the different communities, there are several where educational activities are carried out, @votovzla is one of them. But this great educational effort is also dispersed. One way to improve that dispersion would be that all the educational material produced, in initiatives, publications or tutorials, would be grouped around a common label or tag. For example, right now there is #hivebasic, it could be that label or another one decided by the community. The idea is that all the educational material produced should have that tag, so that any person who needs information, when placing that tag would find the necessary material to clarify their doubts.
Another way to improve the formation of the hivers, is that the big accounts support the communities that dedicate concrete spaces for the permanent formation of the people who make life in the blockchain.
One issue that also comes up in the discussions is the scarce interaction of the community through the comments. On this subject there are already initiatives such as #posh which seeks to stimulate comments, but one could go a little further. One way of stimulating participation via comments would be to delegate HP only to reward those valuable comments left by the hivers, so that publications could be notably enriched and relations between the community strengthened.
