A different kind of afternoon with friends, where food was the key that brought us together. It had been a while since I’d had a Venezuelan-style barbecue, and I had never actually made one before. I can say it was quite a challenge—and an experience—right in the middle of Lima’s winter.
While the fire was getting started, we played "venezolario", talked, sang, and shared stories. Besides enjoying the holiday, it was also a bittersweet afternoon of farewells, as one of our friends is leaving Peru 🇵🇪🥲
It’s been a long weekend 🤭 and the week officially starts tomorrow. Stores and work life go back to their usual hours 🙌 I also wanted to make the most of it and spend some time with my friends.

Este ha sido un fin de semana largo 🤭 y apenas la semana inicia mañana. Las tiendas y la actividad laboral vuelven a su horario normal. 🙌 Y yo también quise aprovechar para compartir con mis amigos.
