
I have been doing better again lately especially when it comes down to my food intake and Saturday was a very balanced day. I started off by getting out of bed at a reasonable hour and doing my usual analisys of the football matches that day making previews. I ate healthy option and by 16:00 the first match kicked off which played out very much as anticipated making me some modest profit. The first half of the 2nd match that day also fully played out as expected and I skipped the 2nd half which I probably would have gotten wrong if anything. I drove to a party of a friend who had a 10-year marriage anniversity mostly sticking to having a talk to some friends I knew there and drinking some water. For the late match I had some pre-game bets which both also won and I managed to resiste poor eating choices. So overall a very profitable and balanced saturday.
