Siempre digo que cuando me desaparezco por acá realmente no es porque quiero, más bien es una señal de que se me complica con mis obligaciones, en un post pasado les comente que estaba por terminar el semestre, el cual terminé el jueves.. Un semestre que tuvo mucho estres, pero oficialmente pasando este último semestre, paso al 6to, ¿lo pueden creer? Yo no, siento que ayer llegué a una nueva ciudad y empecé una carrera universitaria.
La última semana de clases fue una presión increíble, tenía que hacer una crónica de sucesos de un caso real en la ciudad, hacer esto es DIFÍCIL, no por la estructura del contenido, realmente es por la fuente, conseguir que un oficial te declare es bastante complicado. Como pude termine resolviendo este trabajo y verdad fue que siento que el resultado no fue lo mejor, pero saqué 19, así que tan mal no lo hice.
I always say that when I disappear around here it's not really because I want to, it's more a sign that I'm getting complicated with my obligations, in a last post I told you that I was about to finish the semester, which I finished on Thursday.... A semester that had a lot of stress, but officially passing this last semester, I'm going to the 6th, can you believe it? I don't, I feel like yesterday I arrived to a new city and started a college career.
The last week of classes was an incredible pressure, I had to do a chronicle of events of a real case in the city, doing this is HARD, not because of the structure of the content, it's really because of the source, getting an officer to testify you is quite complicated. As I could I ended up solving this work and the truth was that I feel that the result was not the best, but I got 19, so I didn't do so bad.
Como les comento, el jueves termine semestre y en horas de la tarde, empecé a sentirme mal del estómago, un poco de ardor, sinceramente no le presté mucha atención... En la madrugrada seguía sin aguantar el dolor, entonces mi novio me compró una pastilla para el dolor, me la tomé y me quedé dormida.
En la mañana del viernes, me levanté con el mismo malestar, sin embargo, en el transcurso del día sentí una especie de mejoría. En la tarde, empecé a sentir que se me empeoraba el dolor, pero a eso de las 6:30 de la tarde, no aguantaba, tuve que salir a eso de las 10:30 de la noche a un centro de salud.
El dolor se me pasó por completo el sábado, sin embargo, el domingo tuve un día lleno llenito de trabajo y entre el estrés, no comí adecuadamente... Eso resulto que en la madrugada nuevamente no aguantará el dolor, no podía dormir y me tuve que tomar 2 pastillas para poder conciliar algo de sueño.
As I said, on Thursday I finished the semester and in the afternoon, I started to feel sick to my stomach, a little burning, honestly I did not pay much attention.... In the morning I still couldn't stand the pain, so my boyfriend bought me a pill for the pain, I took it and fell asleep.
On Friday morning, I woke up with the same discomfort, however, during the course of the day I felt some kind of improvement. In the afternoon, I began to feel the pain getting worse, but at about 6:30 in the evening, I could not stand it, I had to leave at about 10:30 at night to a health center.
The pain went away completely on Saturday, however, on Sunday I had a day full of work and between the stress, I did not eat properly.... As a result, in the early morning I could not stand the pain again, I could not sleep and I had to take 2 pills to be able to get some sleep.
El lunes estuve durmiendo todo el día, seguía con dolor, pero si estaba cumpliendo la dieta, así que, a eso de las 2 de la tarde pude sentirme mejor. Así que bueno, desde el lunes no me da dolor,e stoy intentando cumplir mi dieta lo más riguroso posible, aunque confieso que me da mucha hambre.
Ahora, que ya terminé la universidad, voy a intentar publicar por acá (ya parezco hombre de tantas veces que lo prometo) pero siento que sinceramente me hace falta reconectar con esa parte de mi. Y recuerden, el estrés siempre pasa factura.
On Monday I was sleeping all day, I was still in pain, but I was following my diet, so at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon I felt better. So, since Monday I am pain free, and I am trying to follow my diet as rigorously as possible, although I confess that I get very hungry.
Now that I'm done with college, I'm going to try to post here (I already look like a man so many times I promise) but I feel like I really need to reconnect with that part of me. And remember, stress always takes its toll.
