There have been several days in which I have completely disappeared from Hive. This is something I avoid, because I am an enthusiast of this platform, however I did not find another option. It happens that I have been ill, and in the first days of my illness I felt such an exhaustion that I could only sleep. The short time I managed to stay awake was unbearable because I was attacked by dizziness and headaches. Luckily that has already happened and I feel that little by little I am recovering. But why did all this happen?
I am one of those who think that diseases are nothing more than warnings sent to us by our own body. When we neglect ourselves, wake-up calls can come in the form of illnesses that remind us to be connected to our physical and mental selves in the present moment. On the other hand, I was not neglecting myself in any aspect and I was focused on my projects. So, what happened?
The cause, dear readers, was stress. Regardless of whether I may have been exposed to some viral process, I can say that it was stress. It is assumed that the biggest causes of stress for a young person should be studies and some unresolved emotional problems. But no, it's not my case. Today I want to tell you about my country...
I know that the Latin American brothers know what it is like to spend many hours a day without electricity. This has already become something of a habit. But in Cuba it is strengthened in an inexplicable way. Add to that the shortage of food, the shortage of money, even the shortage of water! And what fucks up the most is that even if you had all the money in the world, many basic things the country can't give properly.
There is a lot of talk about letting go and focusing on what you can really do, but there comes a time when misery is crying out for you to look into its eyes. Then living the calamity becomes inevitable, you have to face unpleasant things and make a stop in dreams. If I have had to learn to heal the family dynamics that hurt me in childhood, it will be a challenge to change the mentality of scarcity that my land sowed for me.
Although it hurts me, I know that my only option would be to emigrate, which is very difficult, but I will have to take advantage of the minimum opportunity that is given to me. Then I will have to prepare for the change.
It is sad to see how our environment, which is out of reach of our hands, can affect us to the point of being a decisive factor in our lives and our destiny. I hope this post will shed more light on the spaces we need to heal on the path to personal fulfillment. We will read soon 😊.

Han sido varios los días en los que he desaparecido por completo de Hive. Esto es algo que evito, pues soy un entusiasta de esta plataforma, sin embargo no hallé otra opción. Sucede que he estado enfermo, y en los primeros días de mi enfermedad sentía un agotamiento tan grande que solo podía dormir. El poco tiempo que lograba mantenerme despierto era insoportable pues me atacaban mareos y dolores de cabeza. Por suerte ya eso pasó y siento que poco a poco me voy recuperando. Pero, ¿por qué pasó todo esto?
Soy de los que piensan que las enfermedades no son más que advertencias que nos envía nuestro propio cuerpo. Cuando nos descuidamos a nosotros mismos, las llamadas de atención pueden venir en forma de enfermedades que nos recuerdan que debemos estar conectados con nuestro yo físico y mental en el momento presente. En cambio, yo no me estaba descuidando en ningún aspecto y me encontraba enfocado en mis proyectos. Entonces, ¿que sucedió?
El causante, queridos lectores, fue el estrés. Independientemente de que haya podido estar expuesto a algún proceso viral, puedo decir que fue el estrés. Se supone que los mayores causantes de estrés para un joven deberían ser los estudios y algún que otro problema emocional no resuelto. Pero no, no es mi caso. Hoy les vengo a hablar de mi país...
Sé que los hermanos latinoamericanos saben lo que es pasar muchas horas al día sin electricidad. Ya esto se ha vuelto algo de costumbre. Pero en Cuba se potencia de manera inexplicable. Se le suma la escasez de alimento, la escasez de dinero, ¡incluso la escasez de agua! Y lo qué más jode es que incluso si tuvieras toda la plata del mundo, muchas cosas básicas el país no las puede dar como es debido.
Se habla mucho de dejar ir y enfocarse en lo que uno realmente puede hacer, pero llega un momento en que la miseria te pide a gritos que la mires a los ojos. Entonces vivir la calamidad se hace inevitable, hay que frontear cosas desagradables y hacer un stop en los sueños. Si he tenido que aprender a sanar las dinámicas familiares que me hirieron en la infancia, será todo un reto cambiar la mentalidad de escasez que me sembró mi tierra.
Aunque me duele sé que mi única opción sería emigrar, cosa que es muy díficil, pero tendré que aprovechar la mínima oportunidad que se me dé. En ese entonces deberé prepararme para el cambio.
Es triste ver cómo nuestro entorno, que queda fuera del alcance de nuestras manos, nos puede afectar al punto de ser un factor decisivo en nuestras vidas y nuestro destino. Espero que este post brinde más luces sobre los espacios que debemos sanar en el camino a la realización personal. Nos leemos próximamente 😊.
