What determines our results in life? Luck? The environment? Luck? Maybe.

But there is something more important — habits. Small actions that day after day shape our way of thinking, decisions, and ultimately our future.
I've analyzed what really affects me, and these are the habits that shape me as a person, investor, and entrepreneur.
Focus: no unnecessary notifications
All notifications are disabled on my phone. No pings, pop-up messages, or red icons. Only 1-2 important applications. I log into Telegram and other chats only when I need it, not when someone decides to get my attention.
The same goes for incoming calls - I don't answer if I'm busy with something.
This gives you maximum control over focus and timing.
I use the same principle in my products. I am convinced that it is impossible to do many things well. It is better to keep the focus on one or two products and make them high-quality than to spread out into ten directions and make them mediocre.
I don't strive to do everything, but I strive to do the best.
Go deep, not wide
If a topic is really important, I don't just study it—I take it to the core until I can explain it to someone else.
That's how it was with bitcoin: I used to ignore it, but when I started digging deeper, I saw that it was more than is commonly believed. Studying the details, I realized how this technology will change the world, which means that my strategy is now completely based on bitcoin.
The more information I collect, the more convinced I am that my bet is correct.
Methodical growth: strategy instead of chaos
I don't wait for the perfect moment and I don't try to make everything perfect the first time. I start it first, then I improve it.
**1. Idea → Launch
- Analysis → Feedback
- Correction → new iteration**
It's faster, more efficient, and you don't get stuck in perfectionism.
Content vs. consumption
I used to consume more content, now my goal is to create. And not just for the sake of the content, but to make it valuable.
I can check out TikTok from time to time, but my feed has long been focused on science, space, and exploring the unknown. It gives me pleasure to dig into the essence, to understand the world more deeply.
Sport as a part of life
I've been playing football professionally for 12 years. I can't imagine my life without sports. Now it's daily exercise, basic exercises, stretching.
And football has been replaced by padel, a less traumatic but dynamic sport that also has a social impact. My friends and I are already playing and even planning mini-tournaments.
Stoicism and a cool head
Everything in the market is built on emotions. Fear, greed, panic. That's why I follow the logic of the racks.:
• Do not give in to emotions, but analyze.
• Evaluate events rationally rather than reacting impulsively.
• See the fundamental things behind the noise.
It helps me to calmly experience the straits and see what the crowd does not notice.
Each of these habits gives me a clear vector. I don't get carried away, I don't waste time on chaos, I act systematically and gain confidence in every step.
What habits shape you? Share it in the comments. Maybe I'll make a note of something..
