Today seemed like a normal day, we went out in the morning to the market and got home right at noon. And what I have feared for years happened, we got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the blackout.
At first you are a bit confused and don't know what to do, whether to laugh or scream for help 😂 the elevator emergency buzzer doesn't work if the power goes out and there is no phone signal inside. So the option was to beg for someone to hear us saying "elevator" hahahaha was the only thing I could think to say.
I thought we can't waste oxygen saying so many words, with me in the elevator was @eliudgnzlz and @wbrandt and for me it was lucky to be with them because I have a slight phobia to closed places. They even started singing, I guess because of nerves, while I was trying to pronounce as few words as possible 😂.
The concierge of the building heard us, asked who we were and looked for help. Because we just stayed between floors, so it would be necessary for them to manually lower the elevator in order to get out. About 25 minutes passed, while everything was going on 😂 when I felt they were already coming for us I actually relaxed quite a bit.
We planned a very apocalyptic life while those minutes passed 😂 in the end it wasn't so chaotic but it was a relief to finally see the light and breathe fresh air.
Have you ever been stuck in an elevator? For me this is the first time since the last 3 years I live in building. An experience I would never recommend 😂.
Hoy parecía un día normal, salimos en la mañana al mercado y llegamos a casa justo al medio día. Y pasó lo que he temido por años, nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor en medio de apagón.
Al principio uno queda un poco confundido y no sabe que hacer, si reír o gritar auxilio 😂 el timbre de emergencia del ascensor no funciona si se va la electricidad y dentro no hay señal del teléfono. Así que la opción era rogar que alguien nos escuchara diciendo "ascensor" jajajaja fue lo único que se me ocurrió decir.
Pensé no podemos gastar el oxígeno diciendo tantas palabras, conmigo en el ascensor estaba @eliudgnzlz y @wbrandt y para mí fue una suerte estar con ellos porque tengo una ligera fobia a los lugares cerrados. Ellos les dió hasta por cantar, imagino que por los nervios, mientras yo trataba de pronunciar la menor cantidad de palabras posibles 😂
La conserje del edificio nos escuchó, preguntó quienes eran y buscó ayuda. Porque justo nos quedamos entre pisos, así que sería necesario que de manera manual bajarán el ascensor para poder salir. Pasaron unos 25 minutos, mientras pasó todo 😂 cuando sentí que ya venían por nosotros la verdad me relajé bastante.
Planeamos una vida muy apocalíptica mientras pasaron esos minutos 😂 al final no fue tan caótico pero fue un alivio al fin ver la luz y respirar aire puro.
¿Alguna vez se han quedado atrapados en un ascensor? Para mí esta es la primera vez desde los últimos 3 años que vivo en edificio. Una experiencia que jamás recomiendo 😂
