Para la entrega de esta certificaci贸n, nos citaron 3 d铆as antes, as铆 que tuve que poner manos a la obra.

Hello, beauties 馃, I hope you're all doing well.
In October, I took a course on Risk Management and shared a post about it. However, we had to wait for the certificates and the second part of one of the courses related to the topic to obtain an additional certification as Evaluators of the EVIN Application. This tool is used here to upload data about families affected during an event.
I truly love preparing myself, studying, and continuing to learn about these topics. I enjoy it a lot, but I struggle when they are in-person courses. Still, I think it鈥檚 better that way since you pay more attention and, therefore, learn more. However, since becoming a mom, everything has changed. Now I have to manage my time and coordinate with whoever will take care of my kids (my mom, my sister, or my husband) to make it possible. Sometimes, it鈥檚 not easy to arrange.
For this certification, we were notified just three days beforehand, so I had to get to work quickly. The ceremony wasn鈥檛 formal like on other occasions. It was more casual and brief since we had another training session afterward. My colleagues were punctual, and the event started without any issues. There were people from humanitarian foundations, churches, community leaders, and one "Eli," haha. In my case, I was with three other Venezuelans representing the Human Mobility sector.
After finishing the last training session, we had to take a test online via the web. Everything was going smoothly until the electricity went out, which complicated things. The instructor asked us to gather on another day to complete the activity for those who couldn鈥檛 finish. However, we discussed it with him鈥攅specially me鈥攂ecause in-person sessions are quite challenging for me. We requested that those of us who had already completed the activity didn鈥檛 have to meet again, and he agreed. Now we鈥檙e just waiting for the evaluation and the certification as Evaluators.
