Hola comunidad, ¿cómo están?
Wow, ya estamos a mitad de mes, para mí es impresionante. No sé si a ustedes les pasa, pero veo cómo cada día el año va tomando más fuerza y la magia que envolvía el ambiente por la Navidad se va disipando, para dejarnos con el recuerdo y las recargas listas para emprender este año con todo eso que decidimos decretar para este 2025.
Desde que vi la propuesta de la comunidad para el Agenda 2025 Challenge no dudé en querer participar. La planificación ha sido siempre mi aliada para alcanzar mis objetivos.
He sido de llevar agenda desde la secundaria, y tengo la fama entre mis más cercanos de que todo lo anoto. Es por eso que, cuando quieren guardar algo importante, me lo dicen a mí porque saben que yo lo voy a anotar con fecha exacta para después poder encontrarlo con facilidad.
No significa esto que sea la persona más organizada del mundo, porque no me considero así en muchas áreas. Sin embargo, en lo que a trabajo se refiere, es otra la historia.
Soy acuariana y, como deben saber, nos gusta hacer las cosas a nuestro modo, por lo que seguir agendas tradicionales nunca fue una opción. Siempre usé cuadernos los cuales, con el tiempo, fui adaptando a los requerimientos de planificación que he ido necesitando a lo largo de mi vida.
Y esa es la razón por la que amo los cuadernos, porque puedo adaptarlos a mí y así la planificación es un proceso más orgánico y natural. Hace unos años comencé a diseñarlos y confeccionarlos yo misma. Aquí te dejo el video que publiqué. Son cuadernos midoris, de un tamaño chico y con la posibilidad de ir nutriendo de las hojas que vas requiriendo. Y si eres como yo, visual, puedes jugar con diferentes tonos de colores en las hojas. Es todo un mundo.
Pero no es solo el hecho de fabricarlos, sino que tengo un sistema de planificación semanal que vengo usando ya hace 3 años y realmente me funciona bastante bien. Yo desempeño varios roles en mi día a día, como todos aquí, y cada rol es demandante, por lo que encontré una forma para jerarquizar las actividades de la semana y de esa manera distribuirlas para irlas haciendo de acuerdo a cuatro categorías que yo definí:
Importante, Urgente, Menos Importante, Menos Urgente.
Ahora bien, lo primero que hago es definir la palabra que va a regir las actividades de mi año. Para eso hago un ejercicio de coaching que yo llamo 'conociendo mi brújula'. Si les interesa hacerlo, pueden decírmelo en los comentarios y, con mucho gusto, subo un video del ejercicio.
Como les decía, primero defino esa palabra, lo que significa para mi vida y cómo quiero que impacte en los objetivos que me he trazado. Eso lo escribo en la primera hoja, que sería la portada, y lo hago una sola vez al inicio del año.
Luego, y esto sí se repite todas las semanas, yo suelo hacerlo el domingo en la noche. Me siento en el jardín con algo para tomar y escuchando música. Hago una lista de todas las cosas que tengo que hacer esa semana en todos mis roles. Es una manera de vaciar mi mente de todas las cargas emocionales y el peso de tener todas esas tareas pendientes acumuladas en mi mente. Hazlo por prueba y después cuéntame qué cambios experimentaste en tu energía y tus pensamientos.
Ya con la lista hecha y mi mente vacía de todo ese peso, viene la clasificación que te decía. Comienzo a ordenar las actividades de acuerdo a la categoría que les corresponda. En Urgente suelen ir las tareas o compromisos que tienen fecha y hora. En mi caso, son las sesiones de coaching y las capacitaciones, también turnos médicos o cualquier compromiso que tenga hora y fecha exacta.
Luego, en las Importantes suelo colocar las tareas que complementan las actividades urgentes. Por ejemplo, para dar un taller necesito planificarlo y preparar el contenido y el material que voy a entregar, por lo que al menos con una semana de anticipación lo debo tener. En las categorías Menos Importantes y Menos Urgentes, voy acomodando compras, salidas, visitas, responder mensajes, correos y todas esas tareas que no tienen una hora y fecha específica, sino que puedo ir moviendo y ajustando.
Lo que voy haciendo es que a cada categoría le asigno un color, y eso hace que visualmente la semana se vea linda. Eso ya me llena de entusiasmo y, después, me permite ubicar con más rapidez las tareas según su categoría, si ya las realicé las tacho o si me quedaron para la semana siguiente.
Yo solo uso este sistema y realmente me funciona muy bien. Es por eso que lo comparto con ustedes y espero que también les pueda funcionar, e incluso adaptarlo o modificarlo según sus propios requerimientos y necesidades.
En el video está un poco más explicado la planificación semanal. Me encantaría que me comentes cuando lo pongas en práctica y qué resultados has obtenido.
He aprendido que la planificación no es aburrida ni estricta. Al contrario, he descubierto que es mi aliada para alcanzar mis objetivos. Es mi cómplice, esa que me susurra qué hacer, cómo hacerlo, y sobre todo para qué hacerlo. Hoy estoy completamente convencida de que sin ella en mi vida no habría podido lograr lo que he logrado ni lo que quiero lograr.

Since I saw the community's proposal for the Agenda 2025 Challenge , I did not hesitate to participate. Planning has always been my ally in achieving my goals.
I have been a planner since high school, and I have a reputation among those closest to me that I write everything down. That's why, when they want to save something important, they tell me because they know I will write it down with an exact date so they can easily find it later.
This does not mean that I am the most organized person in the world, because I don't consider myself that way in many areas. However, when it comes to work, it's a different story.
I am an Aquarian and, as you may know, we like to do things our own way, so following traditional agendas was never an option. I have always used notebooks which, over time, I adapted to the planning requirements I have needed throughout my life.
And that's why I love notebooks, because I can adapt them to me and planning is a more organic and natural process. A few years ago I started designing and making them myself. Here is the video I published. They are midoris notebooks, of a small size and with the possibility of adding the sheets you need. And if you're like me, visual, you can play with different shades of color on the leaves. It's a whole world.
But it's not just the fact of making them, I have a weekly planning system that I have been using for 3 years now and it really works quite well for me. I play several roles in my day to day life, like everyone here, and each role is demanding, so I found a way to prioritize the week's activities and distribute them according to four categories that I defined:
Important, Urgent, Less Important, Less Urgent.
Now, the first thing I do is to define the word that will govern my year's activities. For that I do a coaching exercise that I call 'knowing my compass'. If you are interested in doing it, you can let me know in the comments and I will gladly upload a video of the exercise.
As I said, first I define that word, what it means for my life and how I want it to impact the goals I have set for myself. I write that on the first page, which would be the cover, and I do it only once at the beginning of the year.
Then, and this does happen every week, I usually do it on Sunday night. I sit in the garden with something to drink and listen to music. I make a list of all the things I have to do that week in all my roles. It's a way to empty my mind of all the emotional burdens and the weight of having all those to-dos piling up in my mind. Give it a try and then tell me what changes you experienced in your energy and thoughts.
With the list done and my mind empty of all that weight, comes the classification I was telling you about. I start to sort the activities according to their corresponding category. Urgent usually includes tasks or commitments that have a date and time. In my case, these are coaching sessions and trainings, as well as medical appointments or any commitment that has an exact date and time.
Then, in the Important ones I usually place the tasks that complement the urgent activities. For example, to give a workshop I need to plan it and prepare the content and the material I am going to deliver, so at least one week in advance I must have it. In the Less Important and Less Urgent categories, I accommodate purchases, outings, visits, answering messages, emails and all those tasks that do not have a specific time and date, but that I can move and adjust.
What I do is that I assign a color to each category, and that makes the week look visually beautiful. That fills me with enthusiasm and, afterwards, it allows me to place the tasks more quickly according to their category, if I have already done them, I cross them out or if they are left for the following week.
I just use this system and it really works very well for me. That's why I share it with you and I hope it can also work for you, and even adapt or modify it according to your own requirements and needs.

I have learned that planning is not boring or strict. On the contrary, I have discovered that it is my ally to achieve my goals. It is my accomplice, the one that whispers to me what to do, how to do it, and above all, what to do it for. Today I am completely convinced that without her in my life I would not have been able to achieve what I have achieved or what I want to achieve.
