Hello, happy wednesday to all of you who are part of this community. Before telling you what brings me here, I wanted to thank those who created this space so necessary to communicate our daily work. The community is great! This time I bring you some information that you may already know, but I dare to tell you from my experience of a week.
Let me give you some context.
This has undoubtedly been one of the most difficult years for me, because it has been a year of breaking myself to remake myself; something that at first I was betting that it would happen by spontaneous generation, but as the months have passed I have woken up from that dream and I have understood that I have to do what I have to do to be better.
From this premise starts the search to do things that I have never done because I don't want the same results. One day, scrolling on instagram I found out that on Netflix there is a series of videos with exercise plans that seemed to be good. I immediately went to check them out and there they were. I had already downloaded some apps to start moving at home, but I had not dared to do the first session. So the days went by and the videos were there in my Netflix session, waiting to be used by me. But, this procrastinating is my thing, and it's definitely what I want to change.
How I started:
One afternoon my niece, like the angel she is, took out the exercise mat and started exercising, she is a four year old baby, you could see how cute she looks. And finally, the most awaited moment of all Latin America united happened, I looked for a video to do it! I found a series that I had not seen and it was just what I wanted to do: Yoga.

I started with two of 10 minutes, one that was indicated to start the day; and I liked it. I wanted to try another one and I liked it, this one was for the evening, but I didn't try it. I liked it because it was possible, I didn't feel ridiculous, or expectant, or anxious, or anything bad, I just connected with inhaling and exhaling, one movement at a time, trying to do correctly what the instructor was saying. After trying those routines, or as the instructor says, after trying those flows, I tried a 30 minute one, which I must say I loved because they go from lying on the floor to completely standing. It's a wonderful metaphor, just the way it feels. At least for me, who is on this quest to lift the vibe.
The videos:
The series is called YOGA WITH XOCHILT; I really liked these videos, because the instructions they give are quite descriptive, this helped me a lot to follow them; quite the opposite of what I thought it would be. It is a super tool if you want to start doing some yoga. I confess that I always had my reservations, but how good I have felt has pushed me to continue. From this corner I can only invite you to connect with yourself for a while and I hope you like it as much as I do!

Hola feliz miercoles a todos los que forman parte de esta comunidad. Antes de comentarles lo que me trae por aqui, quería agradecer a quienes crearon este espacio tan necesario para comunicar nuestro quehacer diario. Está buenisima la comunidad!! En esta oportunidad les traigo una información que quizá la manejen, pero me atrevo a contarles desde mi experiencia de una semana.
Les pongo en contexto:
Este sin duda ha sido uno de los años más difíciles para mi, porque ha sido un año de romperme para rehacereme; cosa que en principio apostaba a que se diera por generacion expontánea, pero que en media que han pasado los meses me he despertado de ese sueño y he entendido que tengo que hacer lo que haya que hacer para estar mejor.
De esta premisa parte la busqueda de hacer cosas que nunca he hecho por aquello de no querer los mismos resultados. Un día, haciendo scroll en instagram me enteré que en Netflix hay una serie de videos con planes de ejercicios que parecían estar buenos. Inmediatamente fui a ver y efectivamente ahi estaban. Ya había bajado unas aplicaciones para empezar a moverme en casa, pero no me habia atrevido a hacer la primera sesion. Así transcurrieron los días y los videos ahí en mi sesion de Netflix, esperando ser utilizados por mi. Pero, esto de procrastinar es lo mío, y definitivamente es lo que quiero cambiar.
Cómo empecé:
Una tarde mi sobrina como el ángel que es, saca la alfombrilla de ejercicios y se puso a hacer ejercicios, es una bebe de cuatro años, vieran lo tierna que se ve. Y al fin, el momento más esperado de toda latinoamérica unida pasó, busque un video para hacerlo!. Consequí una serie que no había visto y era justo lo que queria hacer: Yoga.

Empecé con dos de 10 minutos, uno que se indicaba para iniciar el día; y me gustó. Quise probar otro y me gustó, este era para la noche, pero no intenté. Me gustó porque fue posible, no me sentí ridicula, ni expectante, ni ansiosa, ni nada malo, solo me conecté con inhalar y exhalar, un movimiento a la vez, tratando de hacer correctamente lo que la instructora decía. Luego de probar con esas rutinas, o como dice la instructora, luego de probar con esos flujos, intenté con una de 30 minutos, que debo decir que me encantó porque van desde estar en el suelo acostada, hasta estar completamente de pie. Es una metáfora maravillosa, así tal cual se siente. Al menos para mí, que ando en esta búsqueda de levantar la vibra.
Los videos:
La serie se llama YOGA CON XOCHILT; Me gustaron mucho estos videos, porque son bastante descriptivas las instrucciones que dan, esto me ayudó mucho a lograr seguirlas; muy al contrario de lo que pensaba que sería. Es una super herramienta si deseas empezar a hacer algo de yoga. Confieso que siempre tuve mis reservas, pero lo bien que me he sentido me ha impulsado a seguir. Yo desde esta esquina no puedo más que invitarles a conectarse consigo mismos un rato y espero que les guste tanto como a mi!!
