Today I want to bring you a reflection that I have had in my work and in business, and that relate to the efficiency that we can have in each of them.
This is the focus we have on results, being this something that is becoming more and more popular although there are other people or companies that put more effort in the effort.
A clear example of this is when we see that there are companies that require their workers to be all the time in front of a computer even if they are not doing anything valuable compared to a company that allows working from home and demands the best results to those who have these benefits.
We can also see it in trading, being the difference between a swing trader or a scalper, in which the scalper could make different operations in a day while a swing trader takes an operation that lasts for days and that can be more profitable.
There is something called "Pareto's law" that says that 20% of the effort produces 80% of the results, to which we could have multiple references but what I want to get to with this article is that many times the most effort does not give the results we expect and a little effort but more focused and intelligent can produce more and better results.
Just a reflection I have had these last few days and I would like you to tell me what you think in the comments.

Hoy les quiero traer una reflexión que he tenido en mi trabajo y en los negocios, y que se relacionan con la eficiencia que podemos tener en cada uno de ellos.
Esto es el enfoque que tenemos en los resultados, siendo esto algo que cada vez se hace más popular aunque existen otras personas o empresas que se esfuerzan más en el esfuerzo.
Un claro ejemplo de esto lo encontramos cuando vemos que hay empresas que requieren que sus trabajadores esten todo el tiempo frente a un computador aunque no estén haciendo nada valioso en comparación con una empresa que permite el trabajo desde casa y exige los mejores resultados a quienes tienen estos beneficios.
También podemos verlo en el trading, siendo la diferente entre un swing trader o un scalper, en el cual el scalper podría hacer diferentes operaciones en un día mientras que un swing trader toma una operación que dura días y que pueden ser más beneficiosos.
Existe algo llamado "la ley de Pareto" que dice que el 20% del esfuerzo produce el 80% de los resultados, a lo cual podríamos tener múltiples referencias pero a la que quiero llegar con este artículo es que muchas veces el mayor esfuerzo no da los resultados que esperamos y un poco esfuerzo pero más enfocado e inteligente puede producir más y mejores resultados.
