We are almost at the end of this beautiful month of June, my month, and what better way to end it than by celebrating my birthday again with this group of powerful women. They have a tradition of cutting a cake for all the birthday girls of the month, and we spend some time together.
First, we did our respective exercises, we did a circuit, it's tough, but I like it, we do a different exercise, and we rotate. Afterwards, all tired and sweaty, we took our photos and ate cake. Well, they did. I brought mine home for my mom, ha ha ha, although I confess I couldn't help trying a little piece. It was too good. I broke my diet😌, but the important thing is that it's not every day.😄
Well, the truth is that they all broke their diets, since some of them are like me, on a diet for some reason, which is partly why they also do their exercises. It definitely helps a lot. For me, it has helped a lot with my pain, thank God. That's why, even though there are days when I don't feel like it or I have pain, I still go because I've seen that it helps me. It calms me down. Without a doubt, it's great therapy.
I've been doing it for three months, and I feel a little stronger than when I started. In fact, I'm lifting heavier weights, which I couldn't do at first, so we're getting there, slowly but surely.

SPANISH VERSION
Ya casi terminamos este hermoso mes de Junio, mi mes, y que mejor forma de culminarlo, celebrando de nuevo mi cumpleaños, con este grupo de mujeres poderosas, y es que, tienen como costumbre picar una torta, por todas las cumpleañeras del mes, allí compartimos un rato.
Primero hicimos nuestros respectivos ejercicios, realizamos circuito, es fuerte, pero me gusta, se realiza un ejercicio diferente, y vamos rotando, ya después, todas cansadas y sudadas, nos tomamos nuestras fotos y a comer torta, bueno ellas, yo me la traje para mi mamá jajaja, aunque confieso, no pude evitar probar un pedacito, demasiado buena, perdí la dieta😌, lo importante, es que no es todos los días.😄
Bueno, la verdad todas perdieron la dieta, ya que algunas están como yo, en dieta, por alguna condición, por eso en parte, también van a hacer sus ejercicios; y es que, sin duda ayuda mucho, por mi parte, me ha servido mucho con mis dolores, gracias a Dios, por eso, a pesar de que hay días que no tengo ánimos o tengo ese dolor, de igual forma me voy, porque he comprobado que me ayuda, me lo calma, sin duda, es una gran terapia.
Llevo tres meses, y siento que ya estoy un poco más fuerte, comparado a como inicie, de hecho, estoy agarrando pesos más fuertes, cuando al principio, no podía, asi que, allí vamos, lento pero seguro.
