¿Qué tan difícil es hacer un bullet journal?
La verdad no es lo difícil, sino mantenerlo, cumplir con lo que escribes allí, ya sea tus metas, actividades, tus planes, todo eso que anota para cada mes, y asi permitirte organizarte mejor, puesto que, de eso, se trata al crear tu journal.
Desde hace dos años, cuando descubrí esta metodología, me he dedicado a crear mis agendas, basándonos en esto, anotando mi vida diaria, mis ideas, planes, sueños, gastos, entre otras cosas; dicen que esta es una técnica poderosa, gratificante, el escribir todo lo que pase por tu mente, desahogarte de cierta forma, y la verdad, yo siento que me ayuda mucho, porque llega un momento, en el que me siento a leer todo lo que he escrito, analizar, lo que he hecho, logrado, y lo que aún tengo pendiente.

How difficult is it to make a bullet journal?
The truth is that it's not difficult, but rather keeping it up, sticking to what you write there, whether it's your goals, activities, plans, everything you write down for each month, and thus allowing yourself to be better organized, since that's what creating your journal is all about.
For the past two years, since I discovered this methodology, I have dedicated myself to creating my agendas based on this, writing down my daily life, my ideas, plans, dreams, expenses, among other things. They say that this is a powerful, rewarding technique, writing down everything that goes through your mind, venting in a way, and honestly, I feel that it helps me a lot, because there comes a time when I sit down to read everything I've written, analyze what I've done, achieved, and what I still have pending.
En cada mes, siempre surge algo, es como comenzar de nuevo, ya vamos por el sexto mes del año, como pasa el tiempo, y Junio es especial, puesto que celebro mi cumpleaños, aunque confieso que nunca he sido de hacer grandes celebraciones, es como un día común del año, sé que no debería de ser así, ya que estamos celebrando otro año más de vida, pero bueno, siempre agradezco por los que se unen a compartir conmigo ese día, mis familiares y las amistades que tengo, pocas, pero especiales.
En fin, a mí me gusta hacer esto, anotar mis hábitos o actividades del día, asi como mis frases motivacionales, mi gratitud, porque eso sí, debemos agradecer todos los días, por todo, por las pequeñas cosas, por lo cotidiano de la vida, lo que aprendimos, lo bueno y lo malo.

In every month, something always comes up, it is like starting over, we are already in the sixth month of the year, how time goes by, and June is special, since I celebrate my birthday, although I confess that I have never been one for big celebrations, it is like an ordinary day of the year, I know it should not be like that, since we are celebrating another year of life, but well, I am always grateful for those who join me to share that day, my family and the friendships I have, few but special.
Anyway, I like to do this, write down my habits or activities of the day, as well as my motivational phrases, my gratitude, because yes, we should be thankful every day, for everything, for the little things, for the daily things in life, for what we learned, the good and the bad.
Estas frases ayudan y nos sube la autoestima, esto es solo una parte de lo que anoto, tengo mi organización de las publicaciones en Hive, y otras un poco más personales, responder y hacer otras actividades de amor propio, de bienestar, espero poder cumplirlas, seguramente les estaré mostrando o contando.
