And this is how I fixed my refrigerator screen
Hello friends, how are you? A few months ago suddenly the screen of my refrigerator was damaged. I with my curiosity disassembled some covers above the doors and by chance there was a connector and disconnected it. That turned out to be the one that drove the display. Months later with the screen off, thinking it had burned, I decided to stop by the store that sells the brand and explained to the guy what had happened to me.
He told me that they usually get sulfated by the weather and recommended that I take the screen out, clean it a bit and then try it out to see how I was doing. I did that and it didn't work. I decided to remove the top cover again, but opened a different one and could tell the wires were cut.
I sent a picture to the guy and he told me that wasn't right, to put the wires back together and try it. So I did, I joined wires of the same colors, connected the screen and voila! everything started to work perfectly. I was very excited to be able to see the screen that makes some functions to the refrigerator and also to think that I saved a few hundred dollars for calling the technicians and buying spare parts! Hola amigos, cómo están? Hace unos meses de repente la pantalla de mi refrigerador se dañó. Yo con mi curiosidad desarmé unas tapas de arriba de las puertas y por casualidad había un conector y lo desconecté. Eso resultó ser el que manejaba la pantalla. Meses después con la pantalla apagada, pensando que se había quemado, decidí pasar por la tienda que vende la marca y le expliqué al muchacho lo que me había pasado.
Me comentó que normalmente se sulfatan por el tema del clima y me recomendó que sacara la pantalla, la limpiara un poco y luego probara a ver qué tal me iba. Hice eso y no funcionó. Decidí quitar la tapa de arriba nuevamente, pero abrí una distinta y pude notar que los cables estaban cortados.
Le mandé una foto al muchacho y me dijo que eso no estaba bien, que uniera nuevamente los cables y probara. Así hice, uní cables de igual colores, conecté la pantalla y voilá! todo empezó a funcionar perfectamente. Sentí mucha emoción de poder ver la pantalla que hace algunas funciones al refrigerador y además pensar que me ahorré unos cuentos dólares por llamar a los técnicos y comprar repuestos!
