¡Saludos gente! Espero estén teniendo todos un buen fin de semana, hoy vengo a hablarles sobre algo importante en tiempos de crisis.
Esta semana he tenido algunas emergencias familiares, pero antes de que todo esto ocurriera ya había decidido retomar mis terapias para intentar manejar un poco la sobrecarga emocional que estaba teniendo por el trabajo y la situación del país, lo bueno es que lo hice a tiempo antes de colapsar del todo y me sirvió para recordar estrategias que debía implementar para poder sobrellevar mejor estas emergencias.
El asunto es que, además de esas estrategias nuevas que voy a desarrollar, en la terapia hicimos hincapié en mi Arteterapia no solo como un hobby, sino como una necesidad por la importancia de desconectarnos un momento del día para poder descansar un poco de la carga mental que manejo, la cual estaba haciendo con menos frecuencia que a comienzos de año justo porque sentía que tenía otras prioridades y que el tiempo no me alcanzaba.
Así que, saliendo de ahí, después de concientizar todo eso, decidí pasar por la papelería y buscar unos nuevos marcadores, porque los que tengo ya tienen aproximadamente 3 años conmigo y muchos tonos han perdido el color, lo cual me estresaba un poco a la hora de dibujar, porque seguía haciendo mis dibujos, pero solo usando los mismos tonos todo el tiempo y mis otros sets de colores también se han ido dañando o gastando con el tiempo, como saben, son materiales que se deben renovar cada cierto tiempo.
La razón por la que no los había comprado es que estos son materiales costosos aquí en el país, no sé como son en el resto, pero aquí tomando en cuenta la situación, si terminan siéndolos y entre mis muchas prioridades esta quedaba relevada a una de las últimas.
Sin embargo, saliendo de la terapia comprendí que el hacer este gesto para mí es un gran regalo que le haría a mi salud mental, por lo que sentí que debía hacer la inversión y subirlo entre mis prioridades, a fin de cuentas no hago grandes gastos nunca en mí, siempre priorizo la salud de mis padres y los gastos de mi casa antes de eso.
Por eso les muestro en las fotos estos hermosos autorregalos que me hice que, aunque puedan no tener significancia para muchos, para mí sí lo tienen y demasiado.
Todos podemos desarrollar estrategias diferentes, dependiendo de nuestros gustos y nuestras habilidades, para poder transitar las situaciones difíciles, a mi como me encanta dibujar uso esta y las manualidades como las que hago en mi Bullet Journal.
Así que, ya saben, si tienes algo que les permita despejar la mente en momentos difíciles, no solo véanlo como un hobby y comprendan que deben invertir en ellos, súbanlo en su escala de prioridades y practiquen la estrategia con constancia, a veces no nos damos cuenta 100% del beneficio, pero nuestra mente y cuerpo sabrán como hacértelo ver, como yo que ahora mismo estoy feliz con mis nuevos implementos para mis arteterapia.
Por ahora me despido y espero que les llegue el mensaje y sepan aplicarlo para sus distintas estrategias, los problemas no van a desaparecer del todo y menos los que no están bajo nuestro control, lo que podemos es intentar transitarlos lo mejor posible.

Modifying my scale of priorities
Greetings people! I hope you are all having a good weekend, today I come to talk to you about something important in times of crisis.
This week I have had some family emergencies, but before all this happened I had already decided to resume my therapies to try to manage a little the emotional overload I was having because of the work and the situation of the country, the good thing is that I did it in time before collapsing completely and it helped me to remember strategies that I should implement to better cope with these emergencies.
The thing is that, in addition to these new strategies that I am going to develop, in therapy we emphasized my Art Therapy not only as a hobby, but as a necessity because of the importance of disconnecting for a moment of the day to be able to rest a little from the mental load that I handle, which I was doing less frequently than at the beginning of the year just because I felt that I had other priorities and that time was not enough for me.
So, leaving from there, after becoming aware of all that, I decided to stop by the stationery store and look for some new markers, because the ones I have already have about 3 years with me and many shades have lost the color, which stressed me a little when drawing, because I was still doing my drawings, but only using the same shades all the time and my other sets of colors have also been damaged or worn out over time, as you know, they are materials that must be renewed every so often.
The reason why I had not bought them is that these are expensive materials here in the country, I do not know how they are in the rest, but here taking into account the situation, if they end up being expensive and among my many priorities this one was relegated to one of the last.
However, coming out of therapy I understood that making this gesture for me is a great gift I would make to my mental health, so I felt I had to make the investment and raise it among my priorities, after all I never make big expenses on me, I always prioritize the health of my parents and the expenses of my house before that.
That's why I show you in the photos these beautiful self gifts that I made myself that, although they may not have significance for many, for me they do and too much.
We can all develop different strategies, depending on our tastes and our skills, to be able to get through difficult situations, as I love to draw I use this and crafts like the ones I do in my Bullet Journal.
So, you know, if you have something that allows you to clear your mind in difficult moments, do not just see it as a hobby and understand that you must invest in them, raise it in your scale of priorities and practice the strategy with constancy, sometimes we do not realize 100% of the benefit, but our mind and body will know how to make you see it, like me that right now I am happy with my new implements for my art therapy.
