Has it ever happened to you that you consciously or unconsciously ask questions to the universe about how to act, or where to go? I often do, when I feel at a crossroads, and the truth is that I didn't believe much, especially because it didn't come in the traditional way.
But when you are attentive to your surroundings, or simply live with intention, everything starts to make sense. And the truth is that maybe it's all in the mind, but sometimes you need someone else to tell you so that you become aware of it, so, as one after another appeared, my surprise and joy was in crescendo.
For a long time, I have been rambling about many of my decisions since I emigrated, because life gave me an unexpected turn in every way, finding myself in a kind of labyrinth, from which I have been trying to get out, just taking the wrong paths.
It was then when I found content about mindfulness in social networks, and I began to apply many of the things they suggest, entering another state of consciousness that has been showing me the way out of situations that really did not do me any good.
And along with this, these signs began to appear, which at first I saw them as pretty and decorative elements, but if I gave them a second reading, it seemed that they spoke directly to me.
The one that impacted me the most was this one that says “Nobody saves himself” and it is precisely because I am always the one who is in charge of everything, undermining my physical and emotional health, always being exhausted at the end of the day. I had to take action.
Then many more appeared, all with key words like “friends, love or freedom” which were concepts that seemed to be only part of the past, but that are so necessary to keep in mind.
This one caused me a lot of fun, because although I say it, it does not mean that I take it literally (I get drunk not to fall in love), first because I do not drink liquor, and second because one of the things I want is to find a love that really shows me that all past experiences were just bad decisions or experiences that I had to live to cleanse family karmas.
In the end, I left this as my phone's wallpaper, because it is like an emotional trigger to move forward and get out of the labyrinth, without having the fear of the minotaur that had been generated inside me.
No les ha pasado que de manera consciente o inconsciente haces preguntas al universo sobre ¿cómo accionar, o a dónde acudir? Yo suelo hacerlo con frecuencia, cuando me siento en una encrucijada, y la verdad no creía mucho, sobre todo porque no llegaba de la manera tradicional.
Pero cuando estás atenta a lo que te rodea, o simplemente vives con intención, todo empieza a tener sentido. Y la verdad es que quizás todo está en la mente, pero a veces es necesario que alguien más te lo diga para que lo hagas consciente, por eso, ante la aparición de uno tras otro, mi sorpresa y alegría fue in crescendo.
Desde hace mucho, he venido divagando sobre muchas de mis decisiones desde que emigré, pues la vida me dio un vuelco inesperado en todos los sentidos, encontrándome en una especie de laberinto, del cual he estado tratando de salir, simplemente tomo las vías equivocadas.
Fue entonces cuando encontré contenido sobre mindfullness en las redes sociales, y empecé a aplicar muchas de las cosas que sugieren, entrando yo en otro estado de conciencia que me ha ido indicando el camino para ir saliendo de situaciones que realmente no me hacían nada bien.
Y junto con esto empezaron a aparecer estos letreros que en principio los veía como elementos lindos y decorativos, pero que si le daba una segunda lectura, parecía que me hablaban directamente a mi.
El que más me impactó fue este que dice "Nadie se salva solo" y es justamente porque siempre soy la que está al frente de todo, minando mi salud física y emocional, quedando siempre extenuada al final del día. Había que tomar cartas en el asunto.
Luego fueron apareciendo muchos más, todos con palabras claves como "amigos, amor o libertad" que eran conceptos que parecían ser solo parte del pasado, pero que son tan necesarios tenerlos presentes.
Este me causó mucha gracia, pues aunque lo diga, no significa que lo tome al pie de la letra, primero porque no soy de tomar licor, y segundo porque una de las cosas que deseo es encontrar a un amor que realmente me demuestre que todas las experiencias pasadas fueron solo malas decisiones o experiencias que debía vivir para limpiar karmas familiares.
Al final, dejé este como fondo de pantalla de mi teléfono, pues es como un gatillo emocional para avanzar y salir del laberinto, sin tener el temor del minotauro que se había generado en mi interior.
