[Eng-Esp] Working on myself: Self-Concept workshop! 📝🤓💖️

Mis clases de formación y crecimiento personal continúan, sigo construyendo una mejor versión de mi y me encantan los resultados que he ido obteniendo hasta ahora, por eso para continuar con mis avances asistí a un nuevo taller de la academia llamado 'Autoconcepto' dónde diseñamos nuestro mapa interior para identificar nuestras fortalezas y debilidades, fue una experiencia genial y hoy la comparto con todos ustedes! 📝💖

My training and personal growth classes continue, I keep building a better version of me and I love the results I have been getting so far, so to continue with my progress I attended a new workshop of the academy called 'Self-concept' where we designed our inner map to identify our strengths and weaknesses, it was a great experience and today I share it with all of you! 📝💖

Después de unos días de descanso iniciamos una nueva temporada en la Academia de Alto Impacto, en esta tercera temporada vamos a desarrollar nuestras capacidades de oratoria, comunicación efectiva, lenguaje corporal, dominio del escenario entre otros, para ello iniciamos con un taller muy interesante sobre nuestro Autoconcepto con la finalidad de potenciar nuestras fortalezas y buscar como mejorar las debilidades que podemos.

After a few days of rest we start a new season in the High Impact Academy, in this third season we will develop our skills in public speaking, effective communication, body language, stage management and others, for this we start with a very interesting workshop on our self-concept in order to enhance our strengths and look for ways to improve the weaknesses we have.

El taller fue dictado por el profesor Rodolfo Martinez, se realizó en las instalaciones del Cillero y aunque está vez fueron pocos asistentes la información fue muy valiosa, disfrutamos de material audiovisual e impreso, dinámicas y también el aporte de cada uno con vivencias y experiencias personales, realmente fue una experiencia mágica, reflexionar y hacer una introspección de mi misma resulta un reto pero a la vez es la mejor herramienta para detectar que cualidades debo mejorar, que debo desechar y que debo explotar en mi, de verdad que fue algo desafiante pero muy constructivo, lo más importante de esto es saber quién soy yo y de que soy capaz de lograr mis objetivos y metas trabajando duro a pesar de las adversidades.

The workshop was given by Professor Rodolfo Martinez, it was held in the Cillero facilities and although this time there were few attendees the information was very valuable, we enjoyed audiovisual and printed material, dynamics and also the contribution of each one with personal experiences, it was really a magical experience, To reflect and make an introspection of myself is a challenge but at the same time it is the best tool to detect what qualities I should improve, what I should discard and what I should exploit in me, it was really something challenging but very constructive, the most important thing is to know who I am and that I am capable of achieving my goals and objectives by working hard despite the adversities.

Tuvimos un coffeebreak a media mañana, disfrutamos de un exquisito café capuchino y galletas mientras conversamos y nos conocíamos un poco más los participantes, habían un par de caras nuevas lo cual genial porque le da mayor diversidad a la academia, fue un momento bastante agradable. Luego del coffeebreak seguimos con el taller, en ese bloque fueron dinámicas y videos geniales, terminamos la clase con un lindo obsequio de parte del profesor que fue un dulce en forma de anillo que representa el compromiso de dia a día seguir en auto construcción de nuestra mejor versión!

We had a coffeebreak at mid-morning, we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino coffee and biscuits while we talked and got to know each other a little more, there were a couple of new faces which was great because it gives more diversity to the academy, it was quite a nice moment. After the coffee break we continued with the workshop, in that block were great dynamics and videos, we ended the class with a nice gift from the teacher which was a sweet ring shaped that represents the commitment to continue day by day in self building our best version!
