Siempre he sido fan de las salidas y desde que llegué a Curitiba lo soy aún más, ya que esta ciudad tiene muchos lugares lindos y hasta una diligencia en el centro para mi se convierte en turismo y eso es algo que disfruto mucho. Ahora bien, hablando de salidas hoy les quiero compartir un poco sobre una que tuve hace poco junto a Dani y nuestras amigas Jenny y Mau y su familia, quienes se han convertido en nuestro grupo de salidas y con quienes compartimos en todo momento.
I've always been a fan of outings, and since I arrived in Curitiba, I've become even more so. This city has so many beautiful places, and even a stagecoach ride downtown becomes a bit of a sight to see, and that's something I really enjoy. Now, speaking of outings, today I want to share a little about one I recently went on with Dani and our friends Jenny and Mau and their family, who have become our outing group and with whom we share every moment.
Antes de esa salida teníamos tiempo sin reunirnos todos y ya era momento de hacerlo, así que planeamos una salida nocturna en la que hicimos un recorrido por el centro caminando hasta llegar al Centro Histórico de la ciudad, el cual no conocíamos y nos pareció realmente hermoso, pese a que era de noche igual se lograba apreciar lo lindo del lugar aunque quedé con ganas de ir nuevamente pero esta vez de día.
Before that outing we hadn't gotten together for a while and it was time to do it, so we planned a night out in which we walked around the center until we reached the Historic Center of the city, which we didn't know and we thought was really beautiful, even though it was nighttime we could still appreciate how beautiful the place was, although I wanted to go again but this time during the day.
Caminamos un poco por esa área en busca de un lugar al cual entrar a tomar algo, ya que ese era el plan y luego de echar un vistazo por todos los locales elegimos uno que tenía mesas y sillas al aire libre, llamado Cervejaria Canecão. Elegimos una de las mesas de afuera y allí nos sentamos, para empezar pedimos la popular Torre de Cerveza que consiste en servir la cerveza en un recipiente grande estilo torre con capacidad de 3 litros, la cual se sirve en vasos a través de una válvula que contiene en su parte inferior, algo que nunca había visto y me pareció bastante interesante, aún más para este tipo de salidas y compartir con amigos.
We walked around the area a bit in search of a place to go for a drink, as that was the plan, and after looking around all the places, we chose one that had tables and chairs outside, called Cervejaria Canecão. We chose one of the tables outside and sat down. To start, we ordered the popular Torre de Cerveza, which consists of serving beer in a large, 3-liter tower-style container. The beer is then poured into glasses through a valve at the bottom. This is something I'd never seen before, and I found it quite interesting, especially for this type of outing and sharing with friends.
Luego pedimos el menú para ordenar algo para comer, entre las opciones había pollo asado, hamburguesas, papas fritas y porciones para picar, cada quien hizo su pedido a su gusto, mientras que Dani y yo pedimos un par de hamburguesas de bacon (las cuales no aguantaron para lá foto 😅) y una porción de papas fritas con bacon y queso, adicionalmente pedí una Coca-Cola de lata para mi ya que era la única que no estaba tomando cerveza.
Then we asked for the menu to order something to eat, among the options there were roast chicken, hamburgers, fries and portions to nibble, each one made their order to their liking, while Dani and I ordered a couple of bacon burgers (which didn't last for the photo 😅) and a portion of fries with bacon and cheese, additionally I ordered a can of Coca-Cola for myself since I was the only one who wasn't drinking beer.
Pasamos una noche bastante agradable compartiendo, riendo, conversando y tomando y comiendo rico, además que visitamos un lugar nuevo que nos gustó mucho, con un ambiente tranquilo y agradable, una parte de la ciudad muy linda que no conocíamos hasta ese momento.
We spent a very pleasant evening sharing, laughing, talking, and drinking and eating delicious food. We also visited a new place that we really liked, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere, a very nice part of the city that we hadn't been to until that moment.
