Wao! esta es mi primera vez comiendo estos mochis, la verdad lo había probado en forma de heladito del mismo tamaño pero nunca en esta forma, recibí un regalo, que fueron estos mochis con sabor a frijol rojo, que cosas mas rica en la vida, lo primero que hice al destaparlo fue olerlo, tiene un olor muy rico y agradable, lo probé de inmediato así que sentí su sabor dulce y me encanto, es extraño para mi probar algo con frijoles rojos que sepa así de rico pero se logro el objetivo, llevaba mas de una semana esperando para abrirlos porque es que recibí algunos regalos dulces, y no quería comer demasiado dulce para el momento así que fue ahora que lo probé.
Los mochis están hechos con harina de arroz, fécula de papa hasta gelatina sin sabor que le da un toque pegajoso, los ingredientes se ven fáciles de conseguir aunque su preparación puede ser en dos partes, para hacer el relleno y para hacer la cobertura, también debe congelarse el interior para que no se una o se pegue, la verdad es que la preparación en casa podría una buena opción para compartir con todos en casa, este paquete es de 6 bocados y tuvo un costo de 3,95Є así que podría ser un poco costoso, luego de probar estos y saber que no están a mi alcance geográfico pensaría en hacerlos en casa eventualmente.
