Viendo fotos antiguas me puse a ver todo lo que e cambiado pues no soy ya aquella joven de 19 años que veía la vida de otra manera y que los intereses eran totalmente diferentes con el tiempo e aprendido muchísimas cosas entre ellas quisiera mencionar las siguientes:
No sentir culpa por poner límites a los demás muchas veces crecemos creyendo que el NO es una palabra negativa y fea y muchas veces nos paralizamos cuando tenemos que usarla pues se nos hace completamente difícil y hasta sentimos culpa al decirla, con el tiempo e aprendido a aprender a decir no cuando sea necesario y por mi bienestar pues si algo no me es conveniente lo mejor es colocar límites antes de que se genere un gran problema , esto lo aprendí hace bastante tiempo ya y realmente es lo mejor que e podido hacer para estar tranquila y sin ningún tipo de inconveniente.
Looking at old photos, I began to see how much I've changed. I'm no longer that 19-year-old girl who saw life differently and whose interests were totally different. Over time, we learned a lot of things from each other. I'd like to mention the following:
Don't feel guilty about setting limits for others We often grow up believing that NO is a negative and ugly word, and we often paralyze ourselves when we have to use it because it's completely difficult for us, and we even feel guilty when saying it. Over time, I've learned to say no when necessary and for my own well-being. If something isn't convenient for me, it's best to set limits before a big problem arises. I learned this a long time ago, and it's truly the best thing I could do to stay calm and without any inconvenience.
Aprender de mi intuición somos energía y por lo tanto a veces sentimos que la intuición puede ser una gran herramienta y aprender a hacerle un poco de caso es genial pues antes de tomar decisiones para mí la intuición puede ser muy importante y me ayuda a saber que hacer ante adversidades, es importante ser siempre buena energía y ser ese tipo de persona que queremos tener cerca aceptarnos como somos y aprender a sentir las emociones, e aprendido en usar toda esa energía que tengo en mi ,en mi cuidado personal y en hacer los que me gusta hacer , en el cuidado de mis emociones y aprender de mis miedos y desde el amor y el respeto trabajar en ser más segura y vivir con más calma sin prisas porque la vida es una sola .
Learn from my intuition we are energy and therefore sometimes we feel that intuition can be a great tool and learning to pay a little attention to it is great because before making decisions for me intuition can be very important and it helps me know what to do in the face of adversity, it is important to always be good energy and be that type of person that we want to have around, accept ourselves as we are and learn to feel emotions, I have learned to use all that energy that I have in me, in my personal care and in doing what I like to do, in taking care of my emotions and learning from my fears and from love and respect working to be more secure and live more calmly without rushing because life is only one.
Ser la mamá que quiero ser y no buscar la perfección quisiéramos ser perfecta es la realidad pero la perfección no la hay estamos llenos de miles de errores y tropiezos que día a día nos hacen ser mejor persona ,la maternidad no es fácil vamos aprendiendo poco a poco sin ningún tipo de manual y la realidad es que trato de ser la mamá que quiero ser sin estrés y promover tranquilidad a mis pequeños para que sientan seguridad en mí.
He aprendido que la Vida no cambia quienes cambiamos somos nosotros y es importante aprender que cada desafío es una oportunidad para crecer y lo que cultivamos es lo que recibiremos, la vida depende solo de nosotros mismos y hay que cultivar buenos hábitos y relacionarnos mejor con nuestra mente para estar tranquilos y disfrutar de todo lo que tenemos .

Being the mom I want to be and not seeking perfection We would like to be perfect, that's the reality, but perfection doesn't exist. We are filled with thousands of mistakes and setbacks that make us better people every day. Motherhood isn't easy. We learn little by little without any kind of manual. The reality is that I try to be the mom I want to be without stress and promote peace of mind for my little ones so they feel secure in me.
I have learned that Life does not change, who changes is us and it is important to learn that every challenge is an opportunity to grow and what we cultivate is what we will receive, life depends only on ourselves and we must cultivate good habits and relate better with our mind to be calm and enjoy everything we have.
