Holaa querida comunidad, un gusto estar por acá de nuevo, estoy feliz de compartir con ustedes otro día en mi universidad, hoy fue un día diferente y estuvimos por primera vez en un salon de prácticas. Fue realmente fino y la profesora nos explicó lo temas a tratar antes de comenzar la clase práctica.
Primero hablamos sobre los estiramientos y masajes terapéuticos, fue un tema fácil realmente e interesante, mencionaron los efectos fisiologicos y las técnicas de masajes. Después de que ese tema nos quedó claro, paso a explicar la resolución del caso clínico que ella habla mandado la clase pasada y pues se iba a tratar la evaluación de la semana que viene.
El punto es que, lo explico de una muy buena manera dónde entendi todo muy bien y me di cuenta que el que había hecho yo antes si estaba bueno y me sentí realmente orgullosa por eso. Ella nos indico la manera en como quería el próximo junto con las partes del tiempo que es muy importante.
Luego nos preparamos para comenzar la práctica en los divanes, le colocamos unas sábanas antes de comenzar y nos pusimos ropa práctica para poder hacer los masajes. Fue un día fabuloso, amo mi carrera y me encanta aprender cosas cada día.

Hello dear community, a pleasure to be here again, I am happy to share with you another day at my university, today was a different day and we were for the first time in a practice room. It was really fine and the teacher explained to us the topics to be covered before starting the practical class.
First we talked about stretching and therapeutic massage, it was a really easy and interesting topic, they mentioned the physiological effects and massage techniques. After that topic was clear to us, she went on to explain the resolution of the clinical case that she had sent last class and that was going to be discussed in next week's evaluation.
The point is, she explained it in a very good way where I understood everything very well and I realized that the one I had done before was really good and I felt really proud of that. She indicated the way she wanted the next one along with the parts of the time which is very important.
Then we got ready to start the practice on the couches, we laid out some sheets before we started and put on some practical clothes so we could do the massages. It was a fabulous day, I love my career and I love learning things every day.
