The semester is about to end and for reasons of moral commitment rather than work I had to attend the university at the most distant headquarters where I continue to be a teacher.

I had already scheduled a final evaluation with the students, the idea was to finish with the last unit to close the subject.

To get to the university on time I left my house two hours early 🏡, it was an odyssey, because the first bus stopped, hehe, and the second one stopped like 80 times🥴.

I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time for the evaluation. Luckily there were no students yet and I was able to write the reference text for the exam on the board.

In these times, technology is more than useful and in order not to waste more time writing down, I sent the evaluation questions through the WhatsApp group, and those who did not have data on their phone had the questions written down so that they could take photos, as a teacher you have to solve them.

I was at the university for more than 4 hours between groups, I could barely eat some cookies with a juice, but enough to hold on for my return home 🏡.

I attended the final evaluation to 45 students between the two sections, which makes me very happy, because those who started stayed and have the opportunity not only to pass the subject, but to advance in their training academic.

This job as a distance teacher is not the one I like the most, but while I get the transfer to my municipality I must continue attending groups in this way.

One of the things that I love most about my odyssey as a teacher in another location is to cross the wonderful bridge over Lake Maracaibo again, there is no more beautiful feeling.

El semestre está por terminar y por cuestiones de compromiso más moral que laboral debía asistir a la universidad en la sede más alejada donde sigo siendo docente.

Ya había programado una evaluación final con los estudiantes, la idea era culminar con la última unidad para cerrar con la materia.

Para llegar a buena hora a la universidad sali dos horas antes de mi casa 🏡, fue una odisea, porque el primer bus se quedó, Jejeje, y el segundo paro como 80 veces🥴.

Llegue 10 minutos antes de la hora pautada para la evaluación. Por suerte todavía no habían estudiantes y pude anotar en el pizarrón el texto referencia para el examen.

En estos tiempos la tecnología es más que útil y para no perder más tiempo anotando, envié por el grupo de WhatsApp las preguntas de la evaluación, y los que no tuviesen datos en el teléfono tenía las preguntas escritas para que les tomarán fotos, como docente hay que resolver.

Estuve en la universidad por más de 4 horas entre grupo y grupo, apenas pude comer unas galletas con un jugo, pero lo suficiente para aguantar para mi regreso a casa 🏡.

Atendí en la evaluación final a 45 estudiantes entre las dos secciones, lo que me alegra mucho, porque se mantuvieron los que iniciaron y tienen la oportunidad no solo de pasar la materia, sino de avanzar en su formación académica.

Éste trabajo como docente a distancia no es el que más me gusta, pero mientras me sale el cambio a mi municipio debo seguir atendiendo grupos de ésta manera.

Una de las cosas que más me encanta de mi odisea como docente en otra sede, es volver a pasar el maravilloso puente sobre el Lago de Maracaibo, no hay sentimiento más bonito.
