Dear friends of this beautiful community, I hope you are all well, we are almost in the middle of the week and I still can't recharge my batteries from this week that was a little strong for what I am used to, especially that it is no longer the same when I go shopping with my husband and my son.
My son likes to walk, but we got to a point where we were tired of entering the stores, our feet hurt horribly and there were few stores where we could sit, my son managed to sit for a while in a store where his dad was trying on some shoes he was going to buy, and well I also took the opportunity to sit for a few seconds and although I had sneakers my feet got tired anyway, since we came from the Parque Costazul shopping center and we ended up buying clothes at the Sambil.
It was a nice day, but undoubtedly our bodies no longer have the same energy to withstand so much walking, or is it that I was tired of what had been done before going to the mall, we were up since 6 am and I think that also affected us, lesson of the day do not ask your body more than what you can give you. If you can't do it that day, leave it for the next day or when you are more rested, we couldn't stand it and we were shopping which is something that anyone would love.

¡Hola! Queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien ya estamos casi a mitad de semana y aun no logro recargar energías de esta semana que paso que fue algo fuerte para lo que estoy acostumbrada, en especial que ya no es lo mismo cuando salgo de compras con mi esposo y mi hijo.
A mi hijo le gusta caminar pero llegamos aun punto donde ya estábamos cansados de entrar a las tiendas, nos dolían los pies horrible y eran pocas las tiendas donde tenían donde sentarnos, mi hijo logró sentarse un rato en una tienda donde su papá se estaba probando unos zapatos qué iba a comprar, y bueno yo también aproveche de sentarme por unos segundos y aunque tenía zapatos deportivos igual mis pies se cansaron ya que veníamos del centro comercial parque costazul y terminamos comprando ropa en el sambil.
Fue un día lindo pero sin duda alguna ya nuestros cuerpos no tienen la misma energía para aguantar tanto caminar, o será que ya estaba cansado de lo que había realizado anteriormente antes de ir al centro comercial, estábamos levantados desde las 6 am y creo que eso también nos afecto, lección del día no le pidas a tu cuerpo más de lo que te puede dar. Sino puedes ese día déjalo para el día siguiente o cuando estén más descansado ya nosotros no aguantabamos y eso que estábamos de compras qué es algo que a cualquiera le encantaría.
