Muchas veces damos por sentado esos momentos que alimentan nuestro espíritu, esas pequeñas experiencias que nos proporcionan recuerdos que luego rememoramos con entusiasmo.
Ayer me fui de caminata con mi esposo, a un parque que tenemos cerca y pensábamos caminar solo un ratico, y resulta que hicimos un paseo de más de dos horas.
Nos fuimos caminando desde nuestra casa al parque regional La Florida, esta ubicado al occidente de Bogotá, y es un parque recreacional, deportivo y ecológico. Nos fuimos sin gorra y llegamos muy bronceados a casa, porque nos entusiasmamos tanto con el paseo que no nos importó el sol.
Cabe destacar que cuando hay sol en esta ciudad por la altura quema bastante.
Mi esposo y yo tenemos en común ese amor por la naturaleza, ese gusto por estar al aire libre y disfrutar de lo simple. Yo aproveché el parque para hacer grounding, y liberar tensión a través de mis pies en la tierra. Esto trato de practicarlo siempre, y les cuento que cuando lo hago duermo muchísimo mejor.
Comimos paletas de frutas, disfrutamos de la gente haciendo deporte, yoga, bicicleta, paseando a los perritos y nos recordamos lo importante de salir de casa así sea a tomar sol.
Muchas veces el trabajo y vivir en apartamentos nos aleja más de la naturaleza y en las grandes ciudades es muy fácil vivir en automático, sin embargo, Bogotá tiene estos espacios verdes gigantes y maravillosos para ir de picnic o simplemente hacer un buen ejercicio.
Reconectemos con las actividades sencillas que nos nutren y llenan de energía.

Many times we take for granted those moments that nourish our spirit, those little experiences that give us memories that we later recall with enthusiasm.
Yesterday I went for a walk with my husband, to a park that we have nearby and we thought we would walk just for a little while, and it turns out that we did a walk of more than two hours.
We walked from our house to the regional park La Florida, located west of Bogota, and is a recreational, sports and ecological park. We went without a cap and arrived home very tanned, because we were so enthusiastic about the walk that we did not mind the sun.
It is worth mentioning that when there is sun in this city because of the altitude it burns a lot.
My husband and I have in common that love for nature, that taste for being outdoors and enjoy the simple things. I took advantage of the park to do grounding, and release tension through my feet on the ground. I always try to practice this, and I can tell you that when I do it I sleep much better.
We ate fruit popsicles, enjoyed people doing sports, yoga, biking, walking the dogs and reminded ourselves how important it is to get out of the house, even if it's just to sunbathe.
Many times work and living in apartments takes us further away from nature and in big cities it is very easy to live in automatic, however, Bogota has these giant and wonderful green spaces to go for a picnic or just do a good exercise.
Let's reconnect with the simple activities that nourish us and fill us with energy.
