Como están el día de hoy?. Yo bastante bien, con ganas de contarles mi experiencia retirando un envio de mrw, una de las empresas de paqueteria más famosas de Venezuela junto a zoom
Tuve algunos inconvenientes que pienso contarles. Sin más que decir, empezaré a hablarles de mi experiencia

Retiro de envío en mrw
Mi mamá me pidió de favor, que si el martes podía ir a retirar un envío por ella, ya que ella estaba muy ocupada con otras cosas. Con todas las ganas de ayudarla, acepte y le pedí que me pasara el código para retirarlo
My mother asked me if I could pick up a shipment for her on Tuesday, as she was very busy with other things. Wanting to help her, I accepted and asked her to give me the code to pick it up.
Al llegar aproximadamente a las 2 pm, me di rápidamente cuenta de algo importante, la cola era muy extensa. Ya me habían dicho que en mrw se hace mucha cola, pero la verdad no pensé que fuera tanta. Estuve aproximadamente 40 minutos en cola, ya que no llegué a mala hora. Cuando por fin tenía el envío en mis manos pude ver como la cola era muchísimo más larga
Arriving at approximately 2 pm, I quickly realized something important, the line was very long. I had already been told that at mrw there is a long queue, but I didn't really think it would be that long. I was in line for about 40 minutes, since I didn't arrive at the wrong time. When I finally had the shipment in my hands I could see how the queue was much longer.
Volviendo al tema. Al momento de hacer esa cola tan extensa y poder llegar ya cerca de poder retirar mi envío, una de las señoritas en el mostrador me hablo un poco sobre que mi envío ya estaba próximo a devolverse, y como lo había ido a retirar cerca de la hora de cerrar, ya estaban acomodando algunos envíos para devolverlos
Back to the subject. When I was in that long queue and I was close to being able to pick up my shipment, one of the ladies at the counter told me that my shipment was about to be returned, and since I had gone to pick it up close to closing time, they were already arranging some shipments to be returned.
Luego de un rato de hablar con esta señorita, y luego de un buen rato de espera, pude tener el envío de mi madre entre mis manos y así pude mandarle foto de este.
After a while of talking to this lady, and after a long time of waiting, I was able to have my mother's shipment in my hands and I was able to send her a picture of it.
El proceso se retirar el envío si fue medianamente fastidioso. Soy consciente de que yo llegue 1:30 antes de cerrar, pero eso no quita el hecho que tal vez algunos trabajadores estaban con estado algo cansado y buscaban terminar el trabajo lo antes posible
The process of picking up the shipment was a bit of a hassle. I am aware that I arrived 1:30 before closing time, but that doesn't take away the fact that perhaps some workers were in a tired state and wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible.
Algo que debo de admitir, es que los envíos de mrw son las económicos que los envíos de zoom. Zoom personalmente me gusta más, gracias a que los envíos llegan en mejor estado, la atención es rápido y además tienen muchas sucursales. Mrw tiene una atención un poco más tardado pero es aproximadamente 1 dolar menos algunos envíos
One thing I must admit, is that mrw shipments are the cheapest that zoom shipments are. I personally like Zoom better, thanks to the fact that the shipments arrive in better condition, the attention is fast and they have many branches. Mrw has a little more delayed attention but it is about 1 dollar less for some shipments.
