Starting The Year With Flavor
Greetings ice cream loving friends, my wish for all of you is that this new year is a happy one for you and that you enjoy good health, in my first presentation of the year I bring you this delicious nacelle with passion fruit ice cream, strawberry, syrup and chocolate chips, a combination that was delicious, I asked the guys to take a picture of me when they were creating my ice cream.

Comenzando El Año Con Sabor
Saludo amigos amorosos de los helados, mi deseo para todos, es que este año nuevo sea venturoso para ustedes y gocen de mucha salud, en mi primera presentación del año les traigo esta deliciosa barquilla con helado de maracuyá, fresa, sirope y trozos de chocolate, una combinación que resulto deliciosa, le pedí el favor a los chicos para que me tomaran la foto cuando estaban creando mi helado.
On a weekend evening walk, I went out with my husband and son, downtown, after touring the historic center, we noticed that there are many places to eat ice cream, as they already knew, they took me to one, where the ice cream is spectacular, the trays are larger and their flavors are extraordinary, the service is excellent, they are very nice young guys, who started their business in an ice cream shop, in these types of business you order your ice cream and go anywhere to enjoy it, as we are near a square, we bought and went to savor our ice cream in a very relaxing way, sitting on the benches of the square.
En un paseo del fin de semana por la noche, salí con mi esposo e hijo, al centro de la ciudad, después de recorrer el casco histórico, notamos que hay muchos locales para comer helados, como ellos ya conocían, me llevaron a uno, donde los helados son espectaculares, las barquillas son más grandes y sus sabores son extraordinarios, la atención es excelente, son muchachos jóvenes muy amables, que emprendieron su negocio en una heladería, en estos tipos de negocio uno pide su helado y se va a cualquier lugar a disfrutarlo, como nos queda cerca una plaza, nosotros compramos y nos fuimos a saborear nuestro helado de una manera muy relajante, sentados en las bancas de la plaza.

Although here also abound more formal places to eat ice cream, in particular I also like to eat them outdoors, surrounded by the bustle of the city and enjoying the natural landscape, now I enjoy it with the cool breeze of the night and a dim light that incites the romantic.
La combinación de los helados, ahora superan las expectativas de los clientes, ahora existen una gran variedad y mezclas únicas de sabores que realmente disfrutamos de esa textura, aroma y cremosidad, tomando en cuenta también que tienen su parte nutricional y son saludables porque están hechos con frutas naturales. Aunque aquí también abundan sitios más formales para comer helados, en lo particular me gusta también comerlos al aire libre, rodeada del bullicio de la ciudad y disfrutando el paisaje natural, ahora lo disfruto con la brisa fresca de la noche y una luz tenue que incita a lo romántico.
In the flavors they agreed with chocolate and chocolate with peanuts. I preferred the passion fruit, strawberry and chocolate bath, for this I want to highlight the flavor of passion fruit with its predominant aroma.
En los sabores ellos coincidieron con chocolate y chocolate con maní. Yo preferí el maracuyá, fresa y baño de chocolate, para ello quiero resaltar el sabor del maracuyá con su aroma predominante.
