Hello again, friends of the Beer community! Lately, work has kept me away from the sweet pleasure of sharing a good beer with friends. For that reason, and to maintain the tradition, I wanted to bring you this beer review in the context of the #BeerSaturday challenge in its week 419.
This Stella Artois beer was recommended to me by one of the teachers in my teaching unit, whom I've been trying to convince to join the hive network without success, but I'm still trying. It was like that after an incessant search I finally found it, it is not the first time that I try a Belgian beer I had already done a review of the Luxus beer that I simply loved but knowing that this beer had an alcohol content of 5% and more than 600 years behind it simply caught my attention.

Seriously, friends, if I weren't a scientist, I would have been a historian. The evolution of how we have advanced from a civilizational point of view is something that attracts me, knowing where certain customs come from or originate, or as in this case the art of making beer, is something that I am very passionate about, because in this case the fact that a beer brand has managed to prevail for so long is worth knowing and, in this case, savoring!

Later, I met up with my friends from Hive NFTGame Latino to talk about the latest Splinterlands news and compete in a few tournaments. We held this activity on Saturdays, and I took the opportunity to taste this magnificent Belgian beer. As you can see in the photos above, it has a presentation worthy of a beer that's several centuries old, a true relic that has survived the passage of time. This beer has an interesting history, as its origin was associated with being a seasonal drink, specifically for Christmas, but its quality and great flavor ended up making it a year-round drink.
The first sips were incredibly smooth in this beer, which surprised me given its 5% ABV, but it was quite pleasant to drink. I was also struck by the large amount of foam it generated. I love a foamy, refreshing beer, especially in these tropical lands where even the nights are hot. This beer, with its attractive pale gold color, is perfect!

We then drank the second beer, since the first one was mainly about savoring its flavor. We poured it while we were in the middle of combat, and I won't lie to you, that second beer sharpened my senses, improving my combat strategies! That's how we spent that Saturday night, talking, playing, and toasting with our beer mugs. Definitely a proper #BeerSaturday.
Well, friends, this was my review of this great Stella Sartois beer. A true surprise, with all its historical heritage and a rather smooth and elegant flavor that I highly recommend. My rating for this lager is a solid 9/10. The main issue here in Venezuela is its high price—$2.35 per can—which can make this beer a bit prohibitive for some, but it's definitely worth trying at least once. Hola de nuevo amigos de la comunidad Beer! Últimamente el trabajo me ha alejado del dulce placer que es compartir una buena cerveza con amigos, por esa razón y para no perder la costumbre he querido traerles la reseña de esta cerveza en el contexto de la #BeerSaturday challenge en su semana 419
La recomendación de esta cerveza Stella Artois me la hizo justamente uno de los profesores de mi unidad docente y al que he estado tratando de convencer de unirse a la red de hive sin éxito, pero aún sigo intentándolo. Fue así que después de una búsqueda incesante finalmente la encontré, no es la primera vez que pruebo una cerveza belga ya había hecho una reseña de la cerveza Luxus que simplemente me encantó pero saber que esta cerveza tenía un grado alcohólico de 5% y más de 600 años acuestas simplemente llamó mi atención.

En serio amigos, sino fuera científico habría sido historiador. El devenir de como hemos avanzado desde un punto de vista civilizacional es algo que me atrae, saber de donde vienen o son originarios ciertas costumbres o como este caso el arte de hacer cerveza, es algo que me apasiona mucho, porque en este caso que una marca de cerveza haya logrado prevalecer por tanto tiempo es digno de conocer y para este caso saborear!

Luego me reuní con mis amigos de Hive NFTGame Latino para hablar de las últimas noticias de Splinterlands y medirnos en unos cuantos torneos, esta actividad la realizamos los sábados y fue el momento que aproveché para degustar esta magnífica cerveza belga, que como pueden ver en las fotos anteriores tiene una presentación digna de una cerveza con varios siglos encima, una verdadera reliquia que ha sobrevivido al paso del tiempo. Esta cerveza tiene una historia interesante, pues su origen estaba asociada a ser una bebida de temporada, específicamente para los tiempos de Navidad pero su calidad y gran sabor la termino convirtiendo en una bebida de todo el año.
Los primeros sorbos era increíblemente suave en esta cerveza, me extrañó dado el grado alcohólico de 5% que tiene, pero fue bastante agradable de beber. También me llamo mucho la atención la gran cantidad de espuma que genera, me encanta una cerveza espumosa y que refresque, particularmente en estas tierras del trópico que hasta las noches son calurosas, esta cerveza con su atrayente color dorado pálido viene perfecta!

Después nos bebimos la segunda cerveza, ya que la primera era principalmente para degustar con calma su sabor. La servimos mientras estábamos en pleno combate y no les mentiré esa segunda cerveza agudizó mis sentidos mejorando mis estrategias de combate! Así pasamos esa noche del sábado, hablando, jugando y brindando con nuestros tarros de cerveza. Sin duda un #BeerSaturday como dios manda.
Bien amigos este fue mi reseña de esta gran cerveza Stella Sartois, una verdadera sorpresa todo el acervo histórico que tiene y un sabor bastante suave y elegante que recomiendo ampliamente. Mi calificación para esta cerveza lager es un sólido 9/10, el principal detalle aquí en Venezuela es su alto precio 2,35$ por cada lata puede hacer que esta cerveza sea un tanto prohibitiva para algunos, pero sin duda que vale la pena al menos probarla una vez.
