Hello BEER community, I'm stopping by to tell you a little, about my Sunday afternoon working from my computer in the company of Catunio, my cousin's tuxedo cat, whom I've been taking care of for several days now, because she left the city, and about a Mexican beer that I don't think I had told you about, Bohemia Cristal.

Some quieter Sundays also take the opportunity to do work from home, always in the company of the music that I like. These days I'm in the revival of my beloved Oasis with the fact that they're coming to Mexico and I'll see them in September, and also why not? of a good cold beer.

This Sunday my work was inspired by Bohemia Cristal, a lager-type beer, slightly bitter, with a soft flavor of toasted malts and caramel, its color is intense gold, and it has a level of 4.7 alcohol, it is a fairly stable and defined flavor, I don't know how to explain it, it is very refreshing without being fresh or very diluted, let's say, even though I like dark beers more, this was definitely a good option for Sunday.
