Today I want to talk about one of the best breweries I have ever seen in my experience.
From distance I always knew, that there was beer brand named Omnipollo, which is very well-known for it's amazing marketing views and producing policy.
The brewery was founded is 2010, in Stockholm, by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. At the beggining of production, they discussed more art than beer. They are widely recognized by how amazingly beautiful paintings they are putting on beer bottles and cans.
Main advantage of Omnipollo is their innovative beer-styles. They are doing crazy stuff, like fruit-flavoured goses, putting marshmallows and blueberries in stouts, adding tropical fruits in lagers and etc. Tasting their beers is whole different experience and they really are on way higher level than most craft brewers.
I want to share some photos of beers, which I tasted last evening in the local pub in Tbilisi, first impression, the best craft brewery, with the most interesting selection of beer. Every beer is different, they are using innovative ingredients in brewing process, but still every single one has the spirit of true traditional beer as well.
Their white beers (IPA, Pale Ale, Hoppy Lager) were super smooth and refreshing. Fruit flavoured beers perfectly balanced, but the most exciting ones were imperial stouts, one had the profile of strawberries and apple pie, second was based on carrot cake and the last one blueberry cheesecake, when you drink those stouts, the feeling is like eating cakes, which is weird and also extremely pleasant at the same time.
