3nd homebrew was a success. I used the Cosmic Space Trident kit that is mostly 2-row with the trident hops and Omega Yeast's Cosmic Punch. I didn't get a picture but the first 2 days of fermenting almost blew the top off. It's definitely fast acting and it shows by clicking in at around 5.3% ABV. It has a nice fruity tart flavor with a classic happy IPA finish.
