It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the 1st #Bodensee-Stamm(tisch) or #BodenseeMeetUp 2023 on 03-03-2023.
I have been toying with the idea of organising an offline HIVE #BodenseeMeetUp alongside the virtual #engine-tamm(tisch) for a long time. After my visit at the Vienna MeetUP #hivemeetupvienna a few weeks ago, I decided; not to hype IDEAS anymore, but to make them REAL!
No sooner said than done, I decided to organise a MEETUP again and have also found motivated people who would like to help or are already looking forward to participating and have already registered for the 1st Bodensee-stamm(tisch).
Therefore, I can only motivate all "IDEAS HODLER " to simply realise ideas, you will only win! And if you really don't have a plan for realisation, I guarantee you, HIVE is big and has many experienced people who will gladly help you with the realisation.

What will be offered to you on Friday?
- From 19:00 hive.bodensee Apero to get to know each other personally. In the future, this hour before the official part will also offer the opportunity to introduce New-Bee's and to carry out any ACC updates and networking in the community. It also gives participants with a longer journey a buffer for delays without having to miss the official part.
- 20:00 official start Bodensee MeetUp. One hour of information from my side: Vision hive.bodensee, what does hive.bodensee already offer, how can we support each other in the community and of course we are interested in your opinion about hive.bodensee.
- 21:00 classic club regulars' table, everyone wants to talk to each other about whatever.
- 22:00 official end of the event, followed by a cosy get-together until whenever.
In order to give the whole thing a cosy atmosphere, there will of course be a bar in the clubhouse, which will be run by the hive.bodensee association. Where drinks as well as the possibility of a simple meal with HIVE or HBD are offered at fair prices (profits flow into the club's coffers but are clearly below the usual gastronomic prices). It is very important to us that you can feel comfortable in the hive.bodensee clubhouse without being restricted by financial circumstances.
For guests who have travelled a long way, there is also the possibility of booking Airb&b rooms in the same building at HIVIANS conditions in HIVE or HBD.

Who is the #Bodensee-Stamm(tisch) for?
hive.bodensee club members, those who want to become members, HIVE enthusiasts and interested people from the Lake Constance region (D-A-CH), but also all other HIVIANS from all over the world who would like to visit our Lake Constance MeetUp.
*To declare the Lake Constance region a bit more precisely, we are talking about the usual three-country corner (D-A-CH) economic area. We also have people who like to travel 2 hours (e.g. @holdonla with crew) and otherwise we also like to welcome you as far travelled guests.
I am aware that for new interested people the invitation is relatively spontaneous. In the future, hive.bodensee will announce the event dates as early as possible, in this case it was due to our spontaneity unfortunately not otherwise feasible.

Hallo HIVE Freunde, in der Bodensee Region!
Mit grosser Freude darf ich euch am 03-03-2023, zu dem 1. #Bodensee-stamm(tisch) oder auch #BodenseeMeetUp 2023 einladen.
Ich spiele schon lange mit dem Gedanken neben dem virtuellen #engine-tamm(tisch) ein offline HIVE #BodenseeMeetUp zu veranstalten. Nach meinem Besuch am Wiener MeetUP #hivemeetupvienna vor ein par Wochen, entschied ich mich; IDEEN nicht mehr zu hodeln, sondern sie REALITÄT werden zu lassen!
Gesagt getan, entschied ich mich, wieder ein MEETUP zu veranstalten und habe dafür auch motivierte Menschen gefunden, die gerne mithelfen wollen oder sich bereits auf eine Teilnahme freuen und sich für den 1. Bodensee-stamm(tisch) bereits angemeldet haben.
Darum kann ich nur alle "IDEEN HODLER" dazu motivieren, Ideen einfach zu realisieren, ihr werdet dabei nur gewinnen können! Und wenn ihr wirklich keinen Plan zur Umsetzung habt, garantiere ich euch, HIVE ist gross und hat viele Erfahrene Leute, die euch gerne bei der Umsetzung helfen.

Was wird euch am Freitag geboten?
- Ab 19:00 hive.bodensee Apero um sich persönlich schon mal kennen zu lernen. In Zukunft soll diese Stunde vor dem offiziellen Part auch die Möglichkeit bieten New-Bee's vorzustellen und allfällige ACC Updates und Vernetzungen in der Community vor zu nehmen. Zudem gibt es Teilnehmern mit längerer Anreise einen Puffer für Verspätungen ohne gleich den offiziellen Teil zu verpassen.
- 20:00 offizieller Start Bodensee MeetUp. Eine Stunde Info von meiner Seite: Vision hive.bodensee, was bietet hive.bodensee schon alles, wie können wir uns in der Community gegenseitig Unterstützen und natürlich interessiert dann auch eure Meinung zum hive.bodensee
- 21:00 klassischer Vereinsstammtisch, jede mit jedem über was auch immer, sich ausgetauscht werden will.
- 22:00 offizielles Ende der Veranstaltung, mit anschliessend gemütlichem Beisammensein bis wann auch immer.
Um dem Ganzen auch einen gemütlichen Rahmen geben zu können, gibt es im Vereinslokal natürlich eine Bar die vom Verein hive.bodensee betrieben wird. Wo Getränke so wie die Möglichkeit für eine einfache Verköstigung mit HIVE oder HBD zu fairen Preisen (Gewinne fliessen in Vereinskasse sind aber deutlich unter marktüblichen Gastro Preisen) angeboten wird. Es ist uns ein grosses Anliegen, dass ihr euch im hive.bodensee Vereinslokal wohl fühlen könnt, ohne von Finanziellen Gegebenheiten eingeschränkt zu sein.
Für weit gereiste Gäste, gibt es zusätzlich im selben Gebäude die Möglichkeit, Airb&b Zimmer zu HIVIANS Konditionen in HIVE oder HBD zu buchen.

Für wen ist der #Bodensee-Stamm(tisch) gedacht?
hive.bodensee Vereinsmitglieder, solche die es noch werden möchten, HIVE begeisterte und interessierte aus der Bodensee Region (D-A-CH), aber auch alle Anderen HIVIANS der ganzen Welt die unser Bodensee MeetUp gerne mal besuchen möchten.
Um die Bodensee Region etwas genauer zu deklarieren, wir sprechen von dem üblichen Dreiländereck (D-A-CH) Wirtschaftsraum. Wir haben auch Leute die 2 Stunden Anreisen gerne in kauf nehmen (z.B. @holdonla mit Crew) und sonst begrüssen wir euch auch gerne als weit gereiste Gäste.
Es ist mir bewusst, dass für neue Interessenten die Einladung relativ spontan kommt. Zukünftig wird hive.bodensee die Event Daten möglichst früh bekannt geben, in diesem Fall war es auf Grund unserer Spontanität leider nicht anders umsetzbar.
