6 How to cook pizza with a regular oven

Hey pizza family!
Sometimes I get all happy when I get to bake some pizzas in a woodfired oven. But most of the time I just want to make a simple pizza recipe at home, but how do I do that?

First things first, get yourself a pizza stone! It will improve 100% of your pizza baking at home. Our home ovens here in Brazil don't hold enough heat to make a good pizza so the pizza stone just makes it possible in this kind of equipment.

Prioridades, arrumar uma pedra de pizza! Isso vai melhorar 100% do seu desempenho em casa. Nossos fornos de caseiros no Brasil não seguram muito bem o calor e não fazem uma boa pizza, então a pedra de pizza simplesmente torna possível.

The surface of the stone is so hot that it makes that crispy bottom that I love. Normally I throw the dough directly on the stone without a tray.

A superfície da pedra é tão quente que faz uma crosta embaixo da pizza, eu amo. Normalmente eu jogo a massa diretamente em cima da pedra sem forma ou travessa alguma.

First Step - Primeiro Passo

Put some flower and stretch the dough with the roling pin

Coloque um pouco de farinha e estique a massa com o rolo

Second Step - Segundo Passo

Spread some thin tomato sauce, milk cream or any sauce you want to prevent the dough from rising at the middle

Espalhe um pouco de molho de tomate ralo, creme de leite ou qualquer molho para impedir que a massa cresca no meio

Third Step - Terceiro passo

Use a pizza peel to transport the dough to the baking stone directly, check out the video on how to do it

Use uma pá de pizza para transportar a massa diretamente na pedra, dá uma olhada no vídeo

Fourth Step - Quarto Passo

Watch while the bubble rises and take it out of the oven when it just starts to pick up some color

Acompanhe o crescimento das bolhas e retire do forno quando começar a pegar uma cor

After this process you can put it all on a plastic bag and put on the freezer, it stays god for over a month

Depois desse pocesso você pode colocar tudo em um saco plástico e guardar no freezer, dura por mais de um mês
