I am thankful that I discovered Hive and witnessed how the community started to grow. Katulad ng sabi ko sa previous post ko, this commUNITY has unity.
Nabibigyan ako ng privilege to share my thoughts and ideas through blogging even in uploading videos.
This privilege helped me to know more about myself and the best thing is, kumikita ako ng pera dahil dito which I consider as my investment. Not only money but also relationships with other bloggers and writers.
Nakakatulong din ito upang mas mapalawak pa ang aking kaalaman pagdating sa investing and trading.
This realization made me ask myself, “Kung nabibigyan ako ng Hive ng ganitong privilege, what and how can I contribute?”

Naniniwala akong ang Hive hindi “pera-pera” lang. It is all about yourself and the people around you. It is how can you contribute in the community. Kung nakakapag-contribute ka, babalik at babalik din ito sa iyo. Good karma as they said.
The crowd was making noise about Hive. Nagsimulang sumali ang iba kong kaibigan at kakilala sa kabilang platform and there is a line that I always hear from them: “Hive is complicated”.
It is undeniably true. Complicated talaga siya sa una, kahit ako nahirapan din ako nung unang sali ko especially that no one guided me. And its complexity making newbies leaving the platform.
I know it because I experience it. I was in a long-hiatus on Hive because I didn't understand it before, it discouraged me. But I decided to go back and explore it.
Upon exploring and asking questions from Hive PH Discord (sumali ka na din), I learned and understood how it works.
This gives me an idea to compile the basics that I learned and convert it into an e-book.
This will guide every newbie on Hive who wants to join the platform.

Some newbies said that it is helpful especially when it comes to formatting your blog. Naglagay ako ng ilang simple markdown style guide that they will need in posting their first blog post.
I am giving away this e-book for FREE, paying is an optional, it is more likely a tip. But I don’t ask for a payment.
Na-share ko din ito sa isang Hive user who is actively onboarding users on Hive, and now, he is using my e-book as one of the materials that he is giving to the new users.
Ginagamit ko din ang iba kong social media account to advertise Hive and onboard new users like Twitter and Pinterest.
And for me, this is my way to contribute to the Hive community.
You see, it is not bad to give value and contribute to the community. You can do the same by just joining in different challenges and being active in the communities.
Kung ako ang tatanungin, ang pagsali at pagiging active mo sa mga community inside the Hive blockchain is already a contribution in the ecosystem.
This simplest act could be your way of saying “thank you” on the blockchain and bringing back to the community.
How about you? How can you contribute on Hive?
