The rainy season came now but we still haven't enjoyed our vacation that much. All because of our research project, we need to sacrifice rest and vacation to make it happen. The first chapters and even the concept of that project was made in a rush previously. We managed to defend it to the panelists though we haven't given it that much thought.
We don't like it to happen this time. It definitely made us to learn our lesson the hard way. Now, we still have few weeks left before the school year starts again but we're still focused on the remaining chapters of our research project. It's better to finish it beforehand than the last minute. In that way, we could still have some room for improvements and check for possible corrections that's needed to be done before the Final Defense in front of the panelists.
One afternoon, we've decided to meet at the food court in a mall to talk about all the requirements needed for the system that we're gonna make for the project. While waiting for the others, the Patata and I ordered our drinks. CoffeeGuys has one stall here at the food court, and it's the only coffee place within the space. I've checked their menu and I saw something new. Since I'm craving for something sweet at the time, I bought that Ube Latte. I have tried Strawberry Latte and Matcha Latte before but not this one. It won't to try anyway, so I got one for me.
It surely tastes like Ube, but not that much because there's more coffee in the cup and the milk. However, it's too sweet. I'm not sure if that's how it is supposedly, or the barista just poured too much sugar. Anyway, I still enjoyed that cup until the last sip even though it gave a sugar rush afterwards.
After we're done discussing the details of the research project and agreed on some terms needed, we decided to go on our separate ways. But since we're all going down to the ground floor, we've accompany our friend first on his errand. He was just looking for a hairnet to use for work.
We stopped by the DIY store to check for it. We looked around the store but we find nothing. Instead, I have just discovered some items that could tempt me to spend. Just like this color pencils with sharpener, I've instantly thought of giving it to my kid but I've also remembered that she has lots of crayons at home. She keeps on breaking them everytime, though. So, I placed it back on the shelf and convinced myself that I'll just buy it next time.
A few weeks after that meeting, our system is still on the process but we're at least making some progress here. We're confident that we could complete it before the school year starts. By then, we can focus on the documentation and the rest of the eligibilities for the study.
Anyway, that's gonna be all for now. Thanks for visiting!
